A cozy apartment, recently completely renovated (May 2012) is located about ten minutes walk from the Coliseum in a residential, quiet and green street in the center of the city. Located in a strategic position to reach on foot the main monuments of Ancient Rome: Roman Forum, Palatine Hill, Baths of Caracalla, the Circus Maximus. 
The entire structure is 85 square meters. Located on the ground floorhas a natural air conditioning does not require AC. The master bedroom, very spacious, measuring 17 square meters. It 'light, offering a wide window, silent and welcoming. And 'furnished in a style simple and elegant: a double bed, 2 bedside tables, 2 table lamps, wardrobe, 3 chairs, a table, a comfortable bench. Breakfast is served to our guests at the bar that is next to our structure.
