The apartment is located in a very nice building and a great neighborhood. The bus stop is located very close to this place, and buses running through can take you to all major attractions of Rome. We found the buses much more convenient than Metro (We bought Roma passes that would let us use buses/metro for unlimited rides for 3 days). 
Carla and Andrea are great hosts--they gave us great recommendations on how to explore Rome, and names of great restaurants and Gelati places. They also provided vouchers to use at the nearby cafe for breakfasts each morning--this cafe was pretty good, too. 
The apartment--the bedroom is very well done and the bathroom is great too...very comfortable.

The B&B is located ina very good area, close to many good restaurants and cafes. Our hosts were very helpful and showed us the bus stops and suggested good places to go to. The only small negative point was that the bathroom was outside the room and the room had a glass door. Which made it a little bit noisy when our neighbours were using their bathrooms and turning the lights of the corridor on when we were trying to sleep.

Though the room is rather austere and the private bathroom is across the hall, we were treated like family by our hosts who were both helpful and caring to us, an older couple, even carrying our bags for us. The location is excellent, being both quiet and clean with restaurants and coffee shops a minute away. The location is walking distance to the Colloseum, Roman Forum, Caracala, St. John Lateran and is also very close to the Via Appia Antica and the Catacombs. We enjoyed our stay immensely and highly recommend this room.
