O prédio em si, a primeira vista, assusta um pouco, mal cuidado, bagunçado e antigo como tudo em Roma. Mas o apartamento é muito limpo, tem tudo o que mostra nas fotos. Sentimos falta apenas de micro-ondas e ar-condicionado no quarto (tem somente na sala) no mais, tudo em boas condições e completo.

A localização também é muito boa, em região próxima a agitação, bons restaurantes e pontos turísticos. Fizemos tudo a pé e foi ótimo, por isso, indicamos bastante.

I highly recommend staying here, this is by far the best rental I've ever had in Rome - and I've rented a lot of apartments in Rome. The location is amazing, beds are comfortable, air con works well and the terrace is a perk I never knew I needed. Guglielmo, the host, is very welcoming and responsive. The outside space is amazing! Sitting out on the rooftop at sunset and then seeing the lights of Rome come on was such a highlight. The host was extremely helpful! We got a full tour of the apartment when we arrived which was much appreciated. It is a charming old building, so knowing how everything worked made the stay so much more comfortable. The host offered to book a driver for us for an early morning flight. The car service was excellent . And we arrived to fresh grapes and a chilled bottle of wine! We would definitely stay here again.

As you can see from our review we loved the stay. Our suggestion is that you need to add mattress toppers or new mattresses to the beds in the top floor. Our two travel companions found them very uncomfortable. The bed on the lower floor was great. Thanks again for all your help.

Overall a great stay and location. Only a couple negatives. WiFi did not work the majority of the time but sounded like this was being fixed in the near future.

This was a great location. Only a couple negatives. WiFi did not work the majority of the time. We recharged it with our own cords since there wasn’t any available but even then was intermittent when working. Also, one room (two twins beds) we couldn’t use due to the hot temperature outside and no AC in the room. A fan was not enough. Which was unfortunate….

Our stay at Marzia’s couldn’t have been more perfect.

The apartment is beautiful and filled with art, books and light; the accommodation is very comfortable with excellent a/c, and shutters/curtains to adjust light as needed; there is amazing food everywhere; it’s a very short walk to so many sites and transportation… and there’s so much more.

The neighborhood is very busy and vibrant, but amazingly, the apartment itself was incredibly quiet. We travelled with our young daughter so having a washing machine, detachable shower head, and kitchen with dishwasher was really key for us, and we were all completely charmed and at home in the apartment.

Rome is endlessly beautiful and stimulating, and it’s really nice to have a peaceful, comfortable and cool refuge to recharge within.

Also, Iryna, our point of contact, was so prompt and helpful and a complete pleasure to interact with!

Thank you Marzia, Iryna and Guglielmo! We can’t wait to return! We highly recommend!

We absolutely loved staying at this apartment. it had everything we needed. the apartment is quite big and the kitchen well equipped. The location is close to public transport and the area is very walkable. it felt like home since the moment we arrived. the host was very quick to respond and very helpful when we needed it. I will be very happy to stay in this apartment again


thank you so much again, we absolutely loved staying at the apartment and really appreciated that we could extend our stay! just a few things that may need attention in time, the main bedroom mattress was nice and firm but the springs does protrude which made it quite uncomfortable, but a mattress topper will sort that problem out. luckily there were loads of blankets so I used this to create some cushioning. the pictures on the website may need to be updated as the sleeper couch mentioned is no longer there and also no carpets. the kitchen overall needs some attention. it was quite dirty when we arrived and I had to wash everything. pretty much all the cupboard doors hinges needs to be fixed, and the extractor in the kitchen really needs to be cleaned properly, old oil was dripping into the food while cooking. I washed the covers which stopped the dripping but dirty oil would run down the wall on top of the electric socket, it is also extremely noisy and doesn't really work well

La ubicación no puede ser mejor. El departamento está en el centro de Roma, con todo cerca, pero en una calle super tranquila. Nos encantó la ubicación.

Es departamento es grande y la sala se estar muy cómoda para todos, sin embargo, no es un departamento de 5 estrellas. El departamento es viejo y necesita mantenimiento. Hay varias humedades. Los aires acondicionados no funcionan a la perfección (especialmente el de la recámara principal) una de las recámaras no tiene puerta y otra no tiene aire acondicionado (estuvimos en agosto a 39 grados). En la recámaras principal y la de dos camas cae polvo y tierra del techo cada vez que cierras las puertas. Hay que estar sacudiendo las camas y barriendo constantemente.

El anfitrión fue super atento y siempre estuvo pendiente.

En general estuvimos contentos, pero creo que tienen cosas que mejorar para ser un destino increíble.

Thanks very much, I will definitely be coming back to visit my daughter soon. Only two little comments, one was the floor seemed to be somewhat dusty in the living area. The rest of the apartment was very clean. And it would be great to have an n’espresso machine.

Rebecca is a really great guest, very kind and collaborative. She had to leave beforehand for reasons that didn't have to do with the apartment and she didn't ask for refunds. Nowadays, when this happens, most airbnb tenants make up an issue to receive money back, she is really an exception. Very fair guest. Recommend to anyone. A rarity to have fair guests lately, maybe 10% of total

Die Wohnung war wirklich fast perfekt und Pascale sehr freundlich und sehr gut erreichbar. Tolle Lage und super sauber, Klimaanlage funktioniert gut, die Dachterrassen sind ein Traum. Das einzige Manko ist das eine, noch nicht renovierte Bad.

Im unteren Bad schimmelt es, dies ist das einzige was uns gestört hat. Leider handelt es sich um ein größeres Problem, das man sowohl sieht als auch riecht, wenn man das Bad betritt. Wir haben dies ja bereits rückgemeldet und denken, dass es dringend einer Renovierung bedarf und Gäste darauf hingewiesen oder auch entschädigt werden sollten. Es könnte bei Personen mit Vorbelastung auch zu gesundheitlichen Problemen führen.

Le logement était impeccable, avec air conditionné et ventilateurs. l'appartement est très joli et spacieux.
Néanmoins la 3ème "chambre" n'a pas de porte et donne directement sur le séjour. Il serait bon de le préciser je pense pour davantage de transparence

Je vous suggèrerai d'installer une porte, ou bien un paravent pour que la 3ème chambre soit bien séparée du salon

I highly recommend it, great location, right in the center, everything is within walking distance, many great restaurants around, and a very good place to hide from the heat for a while and rest before continuing your journey. Hola. Sólo quería avisarte de dos problemas que imagino que ya conoces. Primero, hay muchas hormigas. A nosotros no nos molestan pero si después de limpiar pasas un paño húmedo con lejía acaban desapareciendo. En Sevilla hay muchas pero ahora nosotros no tenemos ni una. Lo segundo es que el tubo de la ducha está roto y el agua no sale correctamente habría que cambiarlo. Por lo demás tienes una casa estupenda. Ah regamos las plantas del patio casi todos los días para intentar cuidartelas. Gracias

El apartamento tiene el equipamiento y las comodidades suficientes para una estadía larga, ideal para una pareja sola o con un hijo menor. No es grande pero es cómodo. Está en un 4° piso de un típico viejo edificio romano, pero al contrario de la mayoría de estos edificios, éste tiene ascensor. Su anfitrión está atento y reponde rápidamente a cualquier inconveniente. Pero lo mejor que tiene es su ubicación: en pleno centro histórico. A pasos del Campo di Fiori, a 5 minutos a pié de la Piazza Navona y con la mayor parte de los puntos de atracción al alcance de caminatas a pié.

Excellent location, close to many of the sites that we wanted to see. Lots of good restaurants and shops right in the vicinity and others within a few minutes walk. Check-in process was smooth and we appreciated the opportunity to check in early. Everything was clean and comfortable and a wonderful spot to come home to at the end of the day. Air conditioning worked well and was welcome after long days of walking in the heat. The two terraces were wonderful and we had the opportunity to see some amazing sunsets over St. Peter's Basilica. As the listing states, you must climb stairs to get to the apartment on the 3rd floor (as is common with many apartments in Rome) and additional steps to the terraces. Thank you for a wonderful place to call home while we were in Rome. Grazie mille.

I had a wonderful stay at Guglielmo's place! Everything Trastevere offers was on my doorstep and the apartment was just around the corner from the University where I was teaching, so the location was wonderful. It is also very accessible to both the Ponte Sisto and the Ponte Mazzini both of which take you right into the heart of the Campo de' Fiori and Piazza Navona areas of Rome. It is also a short walk to Vatican City and the beautiful St. Peter's Basilica and Vatican Museum. The apartment was well-appointed and the bed comfortable! The a/c was a bonus during an oppressive heatwave and needed during high summer travel months! Grazie mille, Guglielmo!
