A cozy apartment, recently completely renovated (May 2012) located about ten minutes walk from the Coliseum in a residential, quiet and green street in the center of the city. It’s located in a strategic position to reach on foot the main monuments of Ancient Rome: Roman Forum, Palatine Hill, Baths of Caracalla, the Circus Maximus. The entire structure is 85 square meters. Located on the ground floor has a natural air conditioning does not require AC.
The bedroom, very spacious, measuring approx. 17 square meters. It 's light, offering a wide window, silent and welcoming and is furnished in a simple and elegant style: a wooden bed "walnut", 2 bedside tables, 2 table lamps, wardrobe, 3 chairs, a table, a comfortable bench. The bedroom has a private bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet, wc. Breakfast is served to our guests at the bar that is next to our structure. The main means of transport (bus, metro and taxis) are just minutes from the structure.
