PENTHOUSE with fireplace, third floor, consists of bedroom (double bed) + living room-library with a sofa bed, a square and a half, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with mist-free mirror with washing machine and large shower. 
All windows and doors are armored; there is a large terrace where there are chairs and table to enjoy the view surrounded by plants and flowers. 
the house is not far from several bus (we are 6 km from Piazza Venezia), where you can catch the bus number 8 that has several stops in common with the night bus to Domus (Bus N 14); During the day, the bus (719), which is the last stop in the square in front of the Piramide Metro Station in 20 minutes takes you to the DOMUS as the bus 771 (in front of the metro EUR FERMI, or you can take the 228 that leaves from the train station TRASTEVERE while the bus 780 (150 meters from DOMUS (will take you close to the Vatican going through the Gianicolo from where you can admire stunning views over Rome. in short it is well connected, in addition the owner included in the price offers free firewood for the fireplace for the first day, a whole day driving to the monuments of Rome and last but not the bottom: cooking classes to learn how to cook some typical Italian dishes (carbonara, bolognese sauce etc. etc..). 
If abbisogna there is also the possibility to be picked up at the airport or train station ; if you are a guest for at least five days, we will pick you at the airport or station for FREE.

The owner speaks English quite well.

the night starts from the Trastevere station (N14 bus), while 
daytime bus #870 'give a lift ' to Vatican City .bus leading to the metro station Piramide and the Eur Fermi metro station while another, will take you to the Trastevere train station; not forgetting the 780 that after passing through the Gianicolo (where you can admire Rpoma from above), will take you near San Pietro.

De accommodatie biedt (inbegrepen in de prijs), shuttle service vanaf het vliegveld of treinstation bij aankomst of bij vertrek (bij een verblijf van minimaal 7 nachten in onze structuur); Ook elke dag van uw verblijf, in de ochtend (als je wil), wordt u begeleid door de auto in een toeristische site van uw keuze, en in de avond ... we zullen komen en halen (opnieuw met de auto), om u terug te brengen van het centrum Domus .
Het huis beschikt over drie bedden, een tweepersoonsbed en een een plein, gelegen in een kamer en een bed-bank voor een en een half in de woonkamer.
In de grote slaapkamer, is er een prachtige open haard met gepantserde glas voor uw veiligheid, de deuren en ramen (alle) zijn gepantserde (voor de veiligheid van uw bagage).
Tot uw beschikking, een volledig uitgeruste keuken met alles wat je moet ook koken als centrifuge om de sappen te krijgen.
Het object is voorzien van een systeem van air-conditioning / verwarming / ontvochtiger en ultra stil.
Een relaxstoel dat je een massage geeft over de rug van je lichaam na de wandeling van de dag is iets wat erg prettig.
