We have stayed in this quiet, tucked away apartment before and are happy to recommend both it and Guglielmo. We have stayed in citiesreference apartments many times and there are always basic groceries in the kitchen, not something we have found in other rental apartments in the rest of Italy. This makes a big difference and is very welcome. We also really appreciated the lift and the building's elegance, cleanliness and the fact that people are actually living in it.

Our stay at the Rose Apartment - Campo dei Fiori was excellent. What a location, just perfect. 
Walk out the door during the day and you are in a bustling retail area with access to the most amazing fresh fruit, veggies and flowers in Roma at the Campo dei Fiori, great take away food and bread from Roscioli, and great coffee.
Walk out the door at night and you are right in the middle of an amazing selection of restaurants to choose from, to eat great Italian food. 
Walk out the door and within 10 to 20-minutes you can walk to and visit most of the 'must see' historical sights in Roma. 
Our host Pietro was also fantastic, giving us all sorts of advice on our visit and was always very helpful on the facilities of the apartment.

We had a wonderful stay. For a group of 7 with 2 families the place was perfect. Close to good restaurants and not too far from the beach. Very accessible from the main road which was a bonus for moving our luggage around. Marco was also very helpful with arranging visits and suggesting tourist destinations. Can’t wait to return to Positano.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Villa Vendicari. Die Lage der Villa ist traumhaft. Die Ausstattung der Villa ist exzellent. Es ist alles vorhanden - top Küchenausstattung. Die Villa ist sehr sehr sauber. Und Guglielmo ist jederzeit erreichbar und hatte sehr viele tolle Tipps für uns. In unmittelbarer Nähe der Villa gibt es traumhafte Strände. Wir können die Unterkunft wirklich empfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt. Danke lieber Guglielmo für die traumhafte Zeit, die wir in deiner Villa verbringen durften. Wir haben jeden Augenblick genossen.

Great location and close to restaurants. View from patio decks was fabulous. Eating b"fast out on the deck was so lovely. Bedrooms very comfortable. Stairs everywhere in Positano were best for getting to beaches.

Wir durften zu dritt zwei wundervolle Wochen auf Sizilien in Guglielmos Villa Vendicari verbringen. Die Villa selber ist genau wie wir sie uns vorgestellt haben: einzigartige Unterkunft in sehr ruhiger Lage mit viel Natur. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich einige traumhafte Strände im Naturschutzgebiet Vendicari. Gegen Ende hatten wir das große Glück, den sehr herzlichen Gastgeber als direkten Nachbarn mit seinem freundlichen Hund Igor persönlich kennenzulernen. Guglielmo war nicht nur sehr hilfsbereit, sondern versorgte uns auch mit regionalen Köstlichkeiten (selbstgemachte Pistazienpasta, Wein vom Nachbar und leckere Törtchen zum Frühstück). Zudem war die Kommunikation zu jeder Zeit ausgesprochen gut. Guglielmo war immer erreichbar, gab hilfreiche Tipps und war sehr darauf bedacht, dass uns nichts fehlt und wir uns rundum wohl fühlen. Auch einem kleinen Kennenlernen zu gutem Wein stand nichts im Wege. Alles in allem waren wir wunschlos glücklich und werden definitiv wiederkommen :)

Lieber Guglielmo, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei dir sehr genossen. Nicht nur die Villa sondern auch du als sehr herzlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber sind absolut einzigartig. Wir haben uns zu jeder Zeit sehr wohlbehütet und willkommen gefühlt. Zudem möchten wir uns noch einmal für die leckeren Speisen und den sehr guten Wein bei dir bedanken! Wir würden uns freuen, wenn man sich bald mal wieder sieht :)

Das Haus besticht durch seine einzigartige Architektur mit vielen schönen und durchdachten Details. Super ausgestattete Küche mit hochwertigen Küchengeräten. Holzkohlegrill mit Meerblick! Schöne großzügige Terrasse zum Sitzen und gemeinsamen Essen. Weitläufiges Gelände mit üppigen Rosmarinbüschen, nächtlich duftendem Jasmin und Obstbäumen - zu unserer Zeit konnten wir Granatäpfel ernten :). Guglielmo war stets gut erreichbar und hat sich um alles super schnell gekümmert! Sehr zu empfehlen um richtig zu entspannen! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

Siamo stati ospiti da Guglielmo nella prima settimana di settembre. luogo incantevole !! l abitazione è a pochi minuti dalle spiagge di san lorenzo quindi ideale per passare delle giornate al mare che possono continuare a casa grazie alla piscina privata immersa nel verde. Guglielmo é stato un host perfetto e non ci ha fatto mancare nulla. Sicuramente torneremo nuovamente ad essere ospiti in questa meravigliosa oasi

Clean, spacious, comfortable flat in a great location in Rome, walkable to lots of the main tourist attractions and lots of good restaurants and bars nearby. Small Carrefour supermarket five minutes away by foot. Guglielmo met us at the flat and talked through everything, very helpful and friendly. Worth knowing the flat is on the third floor with no lift, so three flights of steps to access.

Viviana's place was super spacious and comfortable. We made great use of the rooftop patio in the evening. Just a few minutes from the Pantheon and tons of places with great food. A perfect and central place for visiting Rome.

The apartment was exactly as described. The location was wonderful and close to many sites. Guglielmo was extremely responsive and it was a great experience overall. Small details like a farmers market literally 30 seconds away from the apartment, "hidden" rooftop as a peaceful retreat and more made the stay memorable.

The stay was great, thanks for having us. Only thing I would note is the shower drain was clogged and filled immediately. That said, the place was great, we had a very nice time.

Emplacement parfait : quartier animé. Tout à proximité, possibilité de tout visiter à pied. Appartement bien équipé, agréable et calme permettant de profiter de l'extérieur(avec ses 2 terrasses). From providing us with an incredible docent for our visit to Pompeii and making reservations for delicious culinary experiences to helping us plan our days and even cooking for us! Our three-generational Italian getaway is one we won't forget.

The place is as described and shown in photos. Very well maintained and extremely clean. The hosts are very responsive and super helpful. The house was well stocked with all amenities and even had a welcome wine bottle and coffee, milk, breakfast items etc to munch on. The location is excellent as it’s extremely safe and walking distance to Spanish steps, piazza Navona and Fontana de Trevi. The hosts are very helpful and went out of their way to help us with luggage and arranging a taxi for us on checkout. The only caveat is the stairs that you have to climb to get to the apartment. It’s a very small staircase with around 55 steps to climb and if you have a big suitcase, it’s tricky to move it up the stairs.

We enjoyed our stay and would like to thank you for helping us out with the checkout/ luggage and arranging a taxi for us to the train station.

Our stay in Rome was the last part of our Italian adventure and we saved the best for last. This apartment was perfect for us- in layout of the apartment and location in Rome. It is very close to the Pantheon and lots of other attractions, restaurants, shopping, and gelato for the kids. We walked everywhere. The host was very friendly and responsive- he met us at check in and gave us a tour and run down of how things work and how to get in the building. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

My mom commented everyday- how much she loved this apartment. We would definitely stay here again or recommend to any friends that I know who travel to Rome.

Fabulous host. Especially nice to have tea bags, coffee, oil, vinegar, milk, butter, jams etc left for our use. Supremely helpful - eg with hints and tips for taxis/journey from airport. And very accommodating - leaving our bags until noon meant we had an extra super morning hassle free before leaving for home.

Nous avons passé 4 jours chez Guglielmo à la Villa Rocca. Nous étions 5 et très a l’aise. Il y a beaucoup d’espace. Le logement est vieux mais on s’y sens ‘comme à la maison’. Nous avons été accueilli par Marco qui a été d’une grande aide et qui a été un super guide. Merveilleuse balade à scooter!

We had a great 5 nights. Location was perfect: Ended up walking everywhere and the location was perfectly situated between the colosseum, forum, pantheon, Vatican, Trastevere, Trevi fountain (all 5-35 min walks away). Then returned to the apartment for endless eating options within 5 mins of the front door. The apartment was totally unique (as seen in the pictures) with the fun interior.

El anfitrión amoroso. El depto necesita mantenimiento, cerramiento en ventanas, cortinas, poda de plantas, limpieza, fumigación entre otros. La terraza está cubierta en varios espacios por la vegetación, lo que trae problemas de insectos. No volvería a elegirlo para hospedarme con mi familia.
