Located within walking distance of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, bars, and all amenities, this property stands within it's own gardens and private car park, providing 3* accommodation only 2 miles from the Leeds City Centre.
It is within easy reach of Headingley Cricket and Rugby Stadium, Leeds United, Leeds Infirmary, St. James's Hospital, Yorkshire Television, Leeds University, the Leeds Theatres, The Royal Armouries, Leeds/Bradford Airport, and the new Leeds Arena.

Great apartment in a fantastic location. Warm, comfortable and spacious apartment well located in far headintgley just a stones throw from shops, cafes, pubs etc. The apartment itself is peaceful and has some nice outdoor gardens and seating areas. Merton was responsive, kind and helped for a seemless check-in and check-out. Thank you!

I rented your house last summer. I just wanted to greet you and wish you and your family a happy new year. We all remember our fantastic stay in Leeds and how comfortable we were at The Tops. The house was very comfortable for us. The children enjoyed the garden a lot and as the weather was perfect we could eat outside on the cute wooden tables. Mr. Miles was kind enough to agree to all our requests and we felt supported at all times. Thank you very much indeed.
