The Tops 1 is a 1 bedroomed self contained apartment on the ground floor of a detached house. It is heated by full gas central heating and has instant hot water.
It comprises of 1 double bedroom with a double bed, a large lounge that opens onto a patio, bathroom and toilet with bath and shower, kitchen/diner with laundry and ironing facilities.
Located within walking distance of shops, supermarkets, bars,pub, restaurants, and all amenities, this property stands within it's own gardens and private car park providing 3* accommodation only 2 miles from the Leeds City Centre.
It is within easy reach of Headingley Cricket and Rugby Stadium, Leeds United, Leeds Infirmary, St. James's Hospital, Yorkshire Television, Leeds University, The Leeds Theatres, The Royal Armouries, Leeds/Bradford Airport, and the new Leeds Arena.
Fully equipped for self catering with pots, pans, cutlery, crockery and glassware provided. All bed linens are also provided including towels.
TV, DVD player, radio, and free unlimited access to Broadband.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The flat was more spacious than expected. It had all the amenities I expected and has a very homely feel. It also has large gardens with benches to relax outside. The location is central to Headingley with lots of shops and amenities close by, with a bus stop just outside. Town centre is just a couple of miles away. There are also some nice local parks to walk. Merton himself was a lovely host and he made the check in experience very clear and easy. I would say that this is very good value for money and would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit the Leeds area. Thank you Merton

The house is lovely, cosy, quiet and warm. One feels immediately at home here. Everything you may need is present. The location is perfect in Headingley, very close to supermarkets and shops. Merton is a very nice host, he gave us all the informations we needed when we arrived, and there is some more informations about the surroundings in the house.We really enjoyed the garden too with the autuminal colours (October). Very recommended !
