Our residence is surrounded by trees with a stunning view over the rooftops of Rome. It is equipped with all comforts that will make your stay enjoyable and memorable.
The suite has been recently renovated as a modern loft with exposed wood beams. It has a sleeping area with a double bed, a living room with two sofa beds and a pouf bed, a kitchen equipped with: fridge, freezer, electric oven and microwave, dishwasher, cookware, dishes and a bathroom spacious and well equipped.
Our holiday home also has a lovely terrace where you can enjoy almost all year round thanks to the good climate of Rome.
Plese note: minimum stay over new year is 7 nights 

Rome City Tax
From the 1st of January 2011 Rome City Council has imposed a nightly accommodation tax in the city of Rome.The tax is, €2.00 per night (10 nights maximum) per person. Children up to 10 years of age do not pay. The tax is charged to anyone staying in any overnight accommodation inside the city boundaries. The fee, not included in the total rate, must be paid cash at check in time.

A € 200 security deposit is requested at arrival. It is refundable at check out time.
