The location is excellent, we could visit almost all the sights on foot. The apartment is quiet, without noise, we had our privacy. The only problem was the dust in the apartment and on the terrace. Communication with the owner was excellent. They allowed us a late check-in as well as a late check-out

Traveling with two friends it felt luxurious that we were each able to have a separate place to sleep and that the apartment is so big. There is plenty of room to hang out. The roof terrace was great for dining out or hanging out in the Sun and felt private. The location couldn’t be better there are plenty of restaurants and things to do in the neighborhood and you can walk to many major attractions in a few minutes to a half hour. Guglielmo was very helpful before and during our stay. I hope to get back to Rome and stay again.

Thank you for the stay and your understanding/support with my flight. It was wonderful. I have only one small point I would like to share. The shower curtain should have some hooks on the side. it wants to blow in and take up half the shower making it uncomfortable. The balcony was better than in the photos, could definitely use a sunny picture update. thank you again.

Das Apartment liegt in der besten Lage. Es ist eine ruhige Straße. Man braucht nur paar Minuten und man ist in einer belebten Gegend mit kleinen Gassen, vielen Restaurants und Bars. Von der Wohnung paar Minuten entfernt liegt auch der wunderschöne botanische Garten. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gemütlich, man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Wir haben die Aufenthalt in Rom sehr genossen.

Incredibly unique place in the heart of Rome. Beautiful, vibrant and exciting. It’s at the center of everything. We walked to every major attraction but the real magic is the sites and scenes that appear on every corner and side street. Can’t wait to return. And Guglielmo is the best!

Bel emplacement. Appartement en étage, il faut avoir de bonnes jambes surtout après une journée de visites bien remplie.

L'appartement était bien, un peu bruyant vu son emplacement et pas très insonorisé. Nous n'avons pas un sommeil fragile donc cela ne nous a pas vraiment posé problème. Concernant la propreté, l'appartement était propre, cependant un ménage des portes et tissus d'ameublement devrait être envisager.

First of all, the photos of the house are not related with its real state. The house is very old and smells damp. The shower is very small, you have to take a shower without being able to move. The bed is uncomfortable because it is a combination of two sofas. Overall cleanliness was poor. If we talk about the positive aspects, the location of the house is very central. You can reach many places without using public transportation. At this point, it is necessary to decide whether location is important or the comfort of the house.

Thank you for having us! Trastevere very lively and different from the rest of Rome. This accommodation gave us the balance of a lively, bohemian area but privacy and quiet once indoors!

Le logement proposé par Guglielmo est extrêmement bien situé, nous avons pu visiter Rome à pieds. La petite terrasse est un + non négligeable pour profiter du soleil d’Italie ☀️. Tollers grosses Apartment in perfekter Lage. Genug Platz für 5 Personen, gemütlich, hell und warm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Gastgeber hat immer schnell geantwortet und hat all unsere Bitten erfüllt und Fragen beantwortet Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen, es war perfekt. Einzig im Bad kommt hinter dem Spiegel Putz von der Wand, der jeden Tag neu auf dem Waschbecken landet. Falls die Wohnung immer vermietet wird, würde ich vielleicht weichere Kopfkissen als Alternative vorsehen. Viele Grüße, Felicitas

Denne leiligheten var perfekt for oss. En rolig del av Trastevere, i tillegg til at leiligheten ligger behagelig skjermet og skaper en eksklusiv og privat atmosfære. Vi sov godt og hadde hyggelige og gode frokoster på terrassen, gode matbutikker og restauranter rett ved, og buss brakte oss raskt mot Roma Termini, men det er jo bare 10 min å gå f eks til Piazza Campo de Fiori eller Fora Romanum, så alt ligger nært. Kommer veldig gjerne tilbake.

We had an awesome time at Elsa's place. The location at Campo de Fiori could not have been more perfect: centrally located between all the major attractions, charming neighborhoods, and fantastic restaurants. Unless you hate stairs, I’d highly recommend Elsa's place to anyone who wishes to experience true Roman culture.

My wife and I had a great time at your place. If we ever return to Rome, I will definitely look you up!

Great location. It was perfect for proximity to everything, including the train station. Great restaurants and caffes nearby and close to grocery stores (we like Elite Supermercato for the bakery but 2 smaller ones very close by). I don't think there's such a thing as not touristy in this area of Monti, but this was probably as close as possible. Space was as described and Guglielmo was super helpful when we checked in (let him or his designate introduce you to the place) and he was very responsive throughout.

Thanks for everything. Just a couple things in case it is helpful to you for future stays. There was a smell in the bathroom that we couldn't get rid of. My best guess is that it came from the bathtub, so maybe the pipes need to be 'snaked' by a plumber? Also, the cleaners didn't seem to be remotely thorough. So, if you are paying them for that, you may want to mention it to them (dishes not clean, the pots and pans were used and put away without cleaning; dirty sock between hamper and washing machine; under bed/couch/dresser/washing machine very dirty). I also noticed a fork and tissue behind one of the bedside tables before I left. We had to leave to catch our train so I didn't clean it myself so they are still there:( Not a big problem, but for your awareness, the U bend in the bathroom leaks slightly. We just put a pot underneath. Thank you again so much. I appreciate your proactiveness throughout our stay. we loved our time in Rome!
