PLEASE NOTE : A damage deposit of 100 euros will be asked upon check in and refunded at the check out.

Price details:
EUR 430/620 per week depends on the period.
Minimum stay of 3 nights. A discount of 10% for each night lower than 7 nights will be applied.  
An extra fee of 5 EUR/night will be applied for the 4th guest.
The rates for longer stays (up to 3 months max) are to be agreed.

The prices include:
• Final cleaning
• Consumption of water, gas and light
• Change of towels once a week

At the Check in, a Security Deposit of € 100 is requested, in case of any damage that may occurr to the structure during your stay. The deposit will be refunded at check out.

In case you lost the key of the apartment, € 15 will be deducted from the deposit.
