We have two  comfortable air-conditioned  bedrooms with free Wi-Fi, (with the possibility of an extra bed), a bathroom. We are on the ground floor, so there aren't any steps neither outside the building or to enter the B&B and a part overlooks our garden so you are woken by birdsong in the morning.

It's easily reached from both Airports and the two principle Railway Stations: Termini (3 stops, Metro) and Tiburtina station (1 stop, Metro) or 7 minute walk away.
We also offer a chauffeur driven service to and from the airport, or other locations on request.

It's round the corner from one of the most beautiful Roman historical parks, Villa Torlonia, built in the 17th Century and housing impressive museums, gardens, playground, restaurant and theatre.
The principle tourist attractions are easily reached by the numerous public transport available in and around Piazza Bologna (bus, taxi, tram, metro). The main square Piazza Bologna, has all the amenities you require nearby, such as, banks, Chemists (24hrs), shops, supermarkets, beauty parlours, restaurants and pizzerias, bars, post office, taxi rank, internet point, dry cleaners, market etc,.
The Metropolitan is approx. 200m from the Bed and Breakfast, in Piazza Bologna, only 7 minutes from the Coliseum, situated in the heart of the Imperial Forum, near the Palatine, Circo Massimo and many other historical monuments, as well as chic shopping and people watching from the elegant sidewalk cafes.

We would like to inform our guests that there is a city tax to pay on arrival, we collect it on behalf of the Rome City Council. €3,50 per head per night for all non-resident guests aged 10 and over, for a max of 10 nights.  (subject to change)
