With double bed ( French size- 2 stairs to reach it), window;

With shower, washbasin, wc, towels;

Independent heating, TV, washing machine, internet WiFi, concierge, ground floor.

Unique little apartment on an elegant Roman street, a few steps from Villa Borghese. You will admire this unique area of Rome where tourists are still scarce and locals fill the bars and restaurants in the evening. Hurry, word is getting out how well one can eat here!
Via Savoia is a very strategic street situated close to Viale Regina Margherita, where a short tram ride can take you directly to the Vatican. It is a 10 minute walk from the famous Galleria Borghese, which is found inside of one the most beautiful parks in Rome. Walking across the Villa Borghese park, one can reach the Spanish Steps while admiring the beautiful fountains in the park. Via Veneto can also be reached by a pleasant walk in the park. Porta Pia, a gate in the Aurelian Walls of Rome designed by Michelangelo, is only a 5 minute walk away. From there a bus can take you to Piazza Venezia and the Colosseum. The nearest Metro stop is Policlinico and 1.4 km away.
This little apartment has two rooms, a kitchenette, a washing machine and a small bathroom with a comfortable shower. In the bedroom you find a fun and cozy high bed (french double bed size 120/200cm). No worries, it's not so high and there is a Plexiglas border for security. The bed is easily reach with broad little steps. The living room includes a little kitchentte, a sofa bed and TV. Bedlinen, towels, kitchen supplies and wifi internet are provided. The apartment is located on the ground floor and is ideal for two guests, but can easily accommodate three or even four guests if willing to share the sofa bed.
