Nice Studio with ocean view on the 9th floor with a double size bed, airconditioning, cable tv and internet. The apartment is renovated in 2011. It has an ocean and beach view. 

It is located in Copacabana on the Avenida Atlantica! Just accross the street is the beach & ocea.

All guests will have access to the building.

This comfortable apartment is located a short 1 minute walk to the beach of Copacabana and 6 minutes to Arpoador & Ipanema beach. The famous hippy market on Sunday is a short 12 minutes walk. It is also very close to Metro (8 minute walk) and an abundance of great restaurants, theatres, bars and clubs in the Ipanema & Copacabana neighbourhood. 

Busses are stopping closeby the apartment and the metro station is also at walking distance. 

At arrival you will need to register at the reception (=doorman) of the building and they will make a copy of your passports.
