Die Tops 1 ist ein 1-Schlafzimmer-Selbstversorger-Apartment im Erdgeschoss eines Einfamilienhauses. Es wird durch voll Gas-Zentralheizung beheizt und verfügt über warmes Wasser.
Es besteht aus 1 Doppelzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, ein großes Wohnzimmer, das auf eine Terrasse, Bad und WC mit Badewanne und Dusche, Küche / Esszimmer mit Wäsche- und Bügelservice wird geöffnet.
Nur wenige Gehminuten von Geschäften, Supermärkten, Bars, Pubs, Restaurants und allen Annehmlichkeiten, steht diese Eigenschaft in seinen eigenen Garten und einen privaten Parkplatz bietet 3 * Unterkunft nur 2 Meilen vom Leeds City Centre.
Es ist in der Nähe von Headingley Cricket und Rugby-Stadion, Leeds United, Leeds Infirmary, St. James Hospital, Yorkshire Television, der Universität Leeds, Leeds Theater, The Royal Armouries, Leeds / Bradford Airport, und dem neuen Leeds Arena.
Komplett für Selbstversorger mit Töpfen, Pfannen, Besteck, Geschirr und Glaswaren zur Verfügung gestellt ausgestattet. Alle Bettwäsche sind ebenfalls vorhanden, aber nicht Handtücher.
TV, DVD-Player, Radio und kostenlosen Zugang zum Breitband.
Die Tops ist denn im Gegensatz zu Hotels und Pensionen empfehlen diese Apartments haben den Vorteil, dass sie komplett eigenständig und privaten, und sie sind so gut wie ein zweites Zuhause.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The flat was more spacious than expected. It had all the amenities I expected and has a very homely feel. It also has large gardens with benches to relax outside. The location is central to Headingley with lots of shops and amenities close by, with a bus stop just outside. Town centre is just a couple of miles away. There are also some nice local parks to walk. Merton himself was a lovely host and he made the check in experience very clear and easy. I would say that this is very good value for money and would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit the Leeds area. Thank you Merton

The house is lovely, cosy, quiet and warm. One feels immediately at home here. Everything you may need is present. The location is perfect in Headingley, very close to supermarkets and shops. Merton is a very nice host, he gave us all the informations we needed when we arrived, and there is some more informations about the surroundings in the house.We really enjoyed the garden too with the autuminal colours (October). Very recommended !
