Great apartment in a fantastic location. Warm, comfortable and spacious apartment well located in far headintgley just a stones throw from shops, cafes, pubs etc. The apartment itself is peaceful and has some nice  outdoor gardens and seating areas. Merton was responsive, kind and helped for a seemless check-in and check-out. Thank you!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The flat was more spacious than expected. It had all the amenities I expected and has a very homely feel.  It also has large gardens with benches to relax outside. The location is central to Headingley  with lots of shops and amenities close by, with a  bus stop just outside.  Town centre is just a couple of miles away. There are also some nice local parks to walk. Merton himself was a lovely host and he made the check in experience very clear and easy.  I would say that this is very good value for money and would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit the Leeds area. The house is  lovely, cosy, quiet and warm. One feels immediately at home here. Everything you may need is present. The location is perfect in Headingley, very close to supermarkets and shops. Merton is a very nice host, he gave us all the informations we needed when we arrived, and there is some more informations about the surroundings in the house.We really enjoyed the garden too with the autuminal colours (October). Very recommended !

I rented your house last  summer. I just wanted to greet you and wish you and your family a happy new year. We all remember our fantastic stay in Leeds  and how comfortable we were at The Tops. The house was very comfortable for us. The children enjoyed the garden a lot and as the weather was perfect we could eat outside on the cute wooden tables. Mr. Miles was kind enough to agree to all our requests and we felt supported at all times. Thank you very much indeed.
