Logement agréable et très bien placé. Hote réactif et arrangeant, très agréable même si nous ne nous sommes pas vus. L emplacement était assez pratique pour visiter les gros spots en 30 min à pied max. Appartement ancien "dans son jus", pas standing mais plein de charme. Terrasse très sommaire (après nous y sommes allés en novembre...) Très confortable. Un peu bruyant du à des travaux dans l'immeuble a ce moment là. En conclusion, allez y!

A very nice and comfortable apartment (for 4 people) located very close to many attractions in Rome. The street it is in (looks like a "typical" Italian street) is very cool, and has many restaurants, vintage clothes shops and a couple coffee shops where you can have your breakfast. If you decide not to walk it to the very centre of Rome from the apartment (15 min walking distance), you can take a public bus from a bus stop next door. The apartment is very spacious and is equipped with all that you may need (kitchen appliances, etc.). It was not a problem for us to climb the stairs to the third floor, even if we were together with our two small children (it is not so much climbing actually). Contact with the host was always very easy, fast, helpful and pleasant. Much recommended!

The apartment was actually better from what we expected. I had simply thought that for the price we paid, you could not get the quality of your apratment in the centre of Rome. Anyway, thank you very much!

Fantastic place in the historical center of magnificient Rome. The authentic building 10m from one of the tourists favourite historical routes. The location is awesome and we walked to every attractions: Vatican, Pantheon, Colliseum, Borgeze Gallery and others. The appartment has special historical charm, wooden high ceiling & shutters and furniture! Matches and even better than in the pics. You start experiencing Rome already in the appartment. I was especially looking for quite beedrom, as historical center is noisy because of tourists and restrounts. I have issues with sleeping in new places and even light noise awakes me. The bedroom windows are facing small dead-end street where no one walks. We slept like babies. That point alone would make it 5 stars experience for me. The appartment had everything we needed: washer, dishwasher. So we hadn't need to bring alot of luggage. Even macchinetta with coffee to start the morning with Italian coffee taste! The best airbnb experience had!

The apartment was beautiful and thoughtfully decorated! It was a lot of space and I was a solo traveler but I felt at home. The view from the apartment was stunning, though you do hear the church bells often. The location was close to buses and trains. Had good restaurants within walking distance as well. Overall had a great stay :)

Un très bel appartement bien équipé avec des restaurants dans la même rue ainsi que des commerces (alimentation, tabac) tout proche du Colisée et du forum à pied. Les principales lignes de bus pour le Vatican et autres sont aussi à proximité.


Bonjourno Votre appartement est très bien situé et spacieux. Toutefois l’isolation entre les deux appartement séparé de la porte de bois n’est pas efficace. vos voisins (juste derrière la porte marron du salon )ont été très bruyants dans la nuit du vendredi au samedi vers 2h du matin et dans la nuit du dimanche au lundi vers 1h du matin et cela a réveillé tout le monde. Je ne souhaitais pas l’écrire en public mais vous informer pour que vous n’ayez pas de problème à l’avenir avec d’autres voyageurs. Merci pour votre accueil.

I had the best time staying at Coliseum's loft in Rome. The location is perfect, close to the train station and a lot of the popular sights! There’s a farmer’s market right downstairs if you want to buy any groceries for your stay. The apartment is so spacious and well appointed. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Guglielmo is a GREAT host, very good communication and very responsive to your needs.

Thank you for all your assistance, you are a great host. A great apartment in a great location. Your cleaning crew needs to do a much better job in the kitchen, I was generous with four stars, Fran wanted less. The coffee cups were stained and dirty, they needed to be scrubbed before use. The upper cabinet shelves are greasy and sticky and contain insect fract, we pulled down items for use and insect debris was sticking to the bottom of them, not nice! I gave you glowing reviews on everything else as you deserved. Get rid of the peeling paint in the shower. Throw the iron away, it is very dangerous with bare wire currently exposed. The hair dryer runs for about 30 seconds and then dies. Again thank you for being a great host and assisting us when needed.

El apartamento es perfecto para hacer turismo. muy céntrico y cerca de todo, amplio y fácil de llegar. La queja principal e importante es que está descuidado, ejemplos: la alcachofa de la ducha está para tirarla, sale agua por un lado y por otro no, las cortinillas de la ducha son muy mejorables. Las tapaderas de los inodoros están sueltas y se mueven al sentarse. Las escobillas de los baños se pueden tirar y poner unas nuevas. En definitiva, necesita una limpieza a fondo y una mano de pintura de todo el apartamento. Las almohadas son muy blandas y huelen un poco a sudor. La sarten hay que cambiarla porque se pega para hacer una tortilla y los cubiertos se pueden poner en un recipiente que no sea de cartón. Son cosas que no cuesta nada hacerlas y supondrían una mejora ostensible, para poder recomendar el apartamento a los amigos.

This is an amazing property in one of the nicest areas of Sicily. We loved the garden, the pool, the houses and the view. We slept well and enjoyed the company with our neighbors - especially for those with kids it’s an amazing place. We would recommend this house to anyone.

The location of the house very good. However, it is very small, the beds are located high so you have to climb stairs which can be a bit dangerous. When we were staying there hot water stopped working and we were not able to fix it. AC also was not working properly, if you stay here in summer be ready because you might be very hot since AC doesnt work efficiently and windows are very small to have fresh air inside. Last but not least, the host is not helpful or friendly person. When we stayed here we had an issue with sending our documents to the host, the host did not show any empty and harrested us with his messages in the middle of the night. He asked for extra money for tourist tax. We paid it before we leave but the host left untruthful comments about us in other platform. Literally lied telling that we did not pay the tax to him.

Empezaré por lo bueno: la comunicación y el trato con Guglielmo ha sido perfecta, incluso tuvimos algún problema con el vuelo e hizo todo lo posible por ayudarnos. Segundo gran aspecto, la ubicación: situado en medio del centro de roma esta a un paso de casi todo, es muy cómodo. Por último lo que menos nos ha gustado: las fotos del piso supongo se corresponden a cuando se reformó, pero ahora mismo nada tiene que ver. Sobre todo el baño, una sensación de no haberlo mantenido mucho, de igual modo el saló, un sofá con una mancha enorme o la habitación principal que NO tiene cama de matrimonio, sino dos camas pequeñas unidas cuyos colchones dejaban que desear.

Hola Guglielmo, El trato por tu parte perfecto y te estamos agradecidos, pero creo que las fotos y el precio no se corresponde con lo que hay. Con dos arreglos /cambios sería perfecto.

Het is een mooi charmant appartement op de derde etage. Dit heeft als voordeel dat het geluid van de straat niet zo luid klinkt als op bijvoorbeeld de begane grond. Je wel goed ter been zijn om de trappen steeds op en af te lopen, want er is geen lift. Voor ons als jong gezin was dit geen enkel probleem. Het appartement is oud, maar schoon en verder voorzien van alle gemakken. Dat er een wasmachine aanwezig was, vonden wij zelf erg prettig. Wij voelden ons er meteen thuis in het appartement. Het is zeer centraal gelegen op loopafstand van o.a. het Colosseum (13 minuten) en de Trevifontein (16 minuten). In de wijk zitten genoeg leuke restaurants en barretjes. De communicatie met de host verliep erg goed en zowel het in- en uitchecken was zo gebeurd. Ik zou dit appartement zeker aanraden aan andere reizigers. Ik hoop snel weer terug te komen.

We hebben een prima verblijf gehad in je mooie appartement. Heel erg bedankt voor de goede zorg en gastvrijheid en hopelijk tot snel!

Esta familia de británicos, Robert, su esposa y las madres de ambos, estuvieron alojados en nuestra casa dos semanas en agosto. Son personas educadas y muy correctas y el comportamiento durante su estancia fue de lo más normal.
Estaríamos muy honrados si en sus próximas vacaciones se acordaran de Chipiona y de nuestra casa y decidieran volver a repetir.

We have stayed here on and off over the last 9 years. The apartment was a great find the first time! The balcony is magic...views over the Roman roofs to a glimpse of the Palazzo Farnese and the cupola of S Agnese in piazza Nuvona...and the sunsets. There is always sugar, salt, coffee etc in the cupboard, and we can happily live for a month with shops, the market and our favourite restaurants around the corner. An added bonus is being greeted as old friends in the Ape bar and at regular restaurants. Thanks to Guglielmo for always being there for us.

"Like at home but somewhere else"! We would love to come back. Guglielmo war sehr zuvorkommend und sympathisch. Die Villa ist mit viel Geschmack und sehr persönlich eingerichtet, man merkt, dass der Besitzer selber sehr gerne hier Ferien verbringt. Die Villa ist immer angenehm kühl, das ganze Konzept auf Nachhaltigkeit ausgerichtet, es hat alles, was man braucht und noch einiges mehr.
Für die Kinder ist der Pool super und die Baumhütte und für die Erwachsenen die Terrassen mit Meerblick. Man kann in der Umgebung sehr schöne Städte besichtigen und wunderschöne Wanderungen machen.

This was the perfect place to stay. It is minutes from major sites, in a safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and food stores nearby. Guglielmo was most helpful and friendly. The rooms were huge, the bed very comfortable, the bathroom clean and the shower was grand. One of the best stocked vacation apartment's we have stayed in. We would go back in a flash.

We really enjoyed our stay and everything was as expected. The only minor quibble was the pillows on the bed could be more comfortable. We really appreciated that you let us leave the luggage there on the day we were leaving. That was very helpful. Your recommendation to take taxi worked perfectly for us.

Things were fine, location is great and central to many interesting places and sites. Bus servive too. Place is roomy and kitchen had lots of free things like coffee, sugar etc. Air cond worked well. The biggest down side is the 64 step walk up, but host was clear his write up that this is the case. We enjoyed our stay.

Hi G....when the air conditioned is on, the bedroom shudders vibrate and sing, making it difficult to sleep....so we had to balance cool air vs quiet sleep. Not sure what you found on the bathroom smell...let me know.

One more note: House numbering is very confusing on via del Boschetto, FYI to next guests this is the side closest to Via Nazionale
