Very nice place - we will definitely consider taking the same place again next time we visit Rome.

Apartment is located at the edge of via Cavour - near the colosseum and piazza venezia. short walk from most piazzas (5-20 minutes walk from all major sites except vatican which is about 40 minutes walk). It is a very central and safe street to stay at (we were a couple with a baby girl).
The appartment is on floor 2, there's a small elevator in the building. Street is a main one and quite active but not too noisy during the day and very quiet at night.

Place was well equipped and clean, larger then I expected - with a large bedroom and a smaller but still roomy living/dining room. a small kitchen with an electric stove, toaster oven and small fridge.
There's a small washer (only 3.5kg) and no dryer. There' s no dishwasher. An Iron+board, linen, towels and there's a bookshelf with rome maps&guides and a list of nearby POIs (supermarket, internet etc...) were in the room too, and the view from the windows is nice.
We stayed with a baby and the owner (a very nice and helpful lady) arranged for a baby bed for us.

Internet connection is a little slow. We could have phone calls over skype but video calls were out of the questions. I did upload lots of pictures but did it overnight because of the slow connection.
Shower is small but clean and very nice (one drawer was broken but no need to be petty).
Theres a good resturant next door and a couple of nice places around.
Would say the place is an 8.5 out of 10 and definitely worth considering.

I'd give it 4 stars. Francesca is delightful and extremely helpful. She even left us a push chair. The apartment was well furnished although easy chairs would have been nice in the living room. Thats being ultra picky.

An ideally situated apartment, with an owner who is welcoming and extremely thorough. We've stayed in several apartments in Rome, and no other owner paid such careful attention to details - addressing all possible needs (e.g., even extra coffee filters for espresso maker) and problems (e.g., thoroughly reviewing all system shut-off switches, etc.).  This apartment can sleep up to 6, but it would be most comfortable for 3. We would gladly stay here again.

die Gegend um die Wohnung ist auch schön, denn sie liegt nicht direkt innerhalb der "Party-Meile", sondern nur neben einigen sehr folkloristisch-touristischen Restaurants mit italienischer Volksmusik.Es ist nicht zu laut, wenn man die Fenster schließt. Dennoch lässt sich alles super erreichen.

Es war genügend warmes Wasser vorhanden (zum Duschen, etc.).

Die Frau, die uns in das Appartment gelassen hat war leider sehr stressig. Obwohl wir per Mail mehrmals auf unsere später Anreise hingewiesen, Flugdaten etc. übermittelt haben, hat sie sehr gedrängt und konnte uns auch weder S-Bahn / U-Bahn / Bus noch sonstwas beschreiben. Das war sehr schade und hat uns die Ankunft vermiest. Die Abreise war aber kein Problem. Wir konnten unser Gepäch am Abreisetag sogar noch länger in der Whg. lassen und später abholen.

This accommodation in Paris was excellent. We were met on time and shown how everything worked which was good since the apartment is quirky given its age and original features. The big windows make it very bright and welcoming. I would happily return here.

Good apartment in Rome central area

We love this place! Great location in Paris, metro, bakery, supermarket, restaurants conveniently around the corner so you get to feel how local people live. The apartment unit is exactly the same in photos - loved high ceiling, old tub, tiny kitchen and especially birds singing every evening. It really felt special not as ordinary hotel stay. Beds where comfortable although if taller than 1.8 probably would be bit short -than you have sofa downstairs. Kitchen is small but has everything to cook simple food as pasta, rice etc. Loved nearby Rue Daguerre with food shops and restaurants. Travel light with smaller bags cause unit is on 3rd floor with spiral narrow stairs. It was easy to check in and out and very friendly host. We will come back.

This is a beautiful apartment in a great location in Rome, approximately a 5-10 minute walk to the coloseum, and Roman Forum/Palatine hill, and a slightly longer walk (20-30min) or short metro ride to trevi foutine/Pantheon and Vatican. The apartment is also close the bus and metro stations, if you want to travel to sites farther from the city center.  Stella was a great host, and gave us many great recomendations for place to eat while in the Eternal City (particularly Antico Arco & Dino e Tony).  This apartment is a great price and great location, my wife & I definitely enjoyed our stay here.  Thank you Stella for having us at your apartment.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la Villa Jasmin à Marrakech, l'hôte et son personnel de maison sont très gentils et attentionnés. La villa est en pleine campagne et donc très très calme. Idéal pour se reposer après de bonnes journées a se balader dans la campagne alentours ou en revenant de Marrakech. Pascal, très pris par son travail n'est quasiment jamais là, mais toujours présent cependant pour répondre à nos demandes. Nous reviendrons !!!! Merci.

The property was exactly as advertised. And the view from the apartment is fantastic.
The location in Paris is very central. We carried all our tours from there, the bus or the subway.
Car was parked in the owner's garage, very convenient

We loved to stay in this apartment!
It was the first time we rent a place using Cities Reference website, and everything ran perfectly well.

The owner of this apartment was very gentle and receptive, gave useful tips of bar and restaurants in the neighborhood, and was there when I arrived, explaining how everything worked in the flat.
The area is great, it's a small distance to Termini station (like 10 minutes walking), but you don't feel you are around a train station. Around 100 meters from the apartment you found the most charming area of Rome, called Monti.
There are many small businesses, cafes, bars, restaurants, everything you may need and want to do in Rome. There's also a supermarket few steps from there, very handful.
It's also close to the major touristic attractions, we basically visited the whole city by walk. And if you need to take a taxi, it won't be expensive at all.

There's a street market everyday on Cesare Balbo street, but it didn't bother us at all.

The apartment is comfortable, with big rooms and very nice living room. The kitchen is a little small compared to the rest of the apartment, but it wasn't a probably.
It has a beautiful light, and nice view of Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore.
Everything was clean and organized, and Cities Reference provided the sheets and towels. The two double beds were very good (one proper bed, and the other, a comfortable sofa bed). The bed for the 5th person wasn't so good as the others.
Internet worked fine the whole period, as well as everything in the house.

If I could, I would come every year to Rome and always stay in this apartment.

The apartment is in great condition, spacious, and in a good location near the Vatican and metro. Bruno is a wonderful host and took me to get a SIM card when my luggage was lost which was very kind and extremely helpful. This is a place you can be comfortable and while some mentioned the street noise, I think any place in the city will be the same. A vegetable market is a block away, so is a grocery store and an ATM is right around the corner. It is a great place to stay in Rome- thanks for all your help Bruno!

Beautiful, convenient and reasonable. A real dream come true getaway and the nicest owner you can imagine. We didn't want to leave.

What makes this spacious apartment at an excellent location in Rome really stand out is its roof terrace. I did not think it was possible to find an apartment with a secluded, private spot for outside dining right in the center of Rome.
The only downside to the apartment was the garbage disposal--we were woken each morning at 8 by garbage collectors persistently ringing our doorbell, but for some reason (we are not fluent in Italian) refusing to then take away our garbage....

Average apartment in modern Rome neighborhood

Très bien situé, localisation centrale mais très calme, quartier agréable et sécuritaire. Appartement fonctionnel, avec un certain charme, assez lumineux (grandes portes-fenêtres), bon prix. De nouveaux matelas et un grand ménage seraient toutefois bienvenus (poussière, traces d'humidité). Services à distance de marche (épicerie Despar sur Corso Vittorio Emanuele II; marché en plein air au Campo dei Fiori).

We really liked this beautiful apartment. It has a very nice parisian atmosphere. We enjoyed having long breakfasts on the sunny balcony. The kitchen is good and enough equipped and the access to a waching machine in the bathroom is very useful. It is close to the metro and bakeries and large supermarkets are not far away. 

We really recommend this apartment and would definitely stay there again next time we are in Paris!

Location is good, but very, very noisy. The bedroom is quiet at night, but the living room is almost unsleepable. We are a family of three and I had to sleep with earplugs in the living rom on the futon. Even with, I could hear the restaurant below which is open until after midnight. The hair salon underneath blasts there music which can be heard crystal clear even with the windows closed. There is street sweeping and garbage removal regularly at night which can be heard clearly through closed windows. The apartment is starting to get run down. The first thing that I noticed when we arrived was the trim around the stove was coming of off the wall and that there were exposed nails (we were travelling with a 2-year old). The 'coffee' decal and paint/plaster beside the stove is peeling/bubbling/cracking off. The bathroom shower was disgusting with pink slime and black all over it as if it hadn't been cleaned properly in Avery long time. The duvet had no cover and the pillows not cases. All of the children In the area seem to congregate in the square below after school which is in incredibly loud and made it difficult for our child to nap. There were often people siting ton the steps of the church below at all hours of the nit , which is again. Very noisy and can be heard through the closed windows. Appliances worked well. Excellent water pressure. May be suited to traveller without children or who is not going to be in the apartment very often.

This was a great place for the seven of us to stay.  Nicola was very hospitable and made everything very easy for us.  He arranged travel from the airport to the apartment for our family of five and my parents who were arriving on a later flight.  And he also checked with us during the week to make everything was going well.  The location of this apartment is just about perfect.  We were able to walk to everything including the Vatican, the Colosseum area, the Borghese Gallery, the Spanish Steps and it is very close to the Pantheon and Piazza Navona.  The apartment building is very nice and there are many useful shops in the block including many good quality restaurants and shops.  It's a short walk to just about anything you would need.  Everyone in our group was very satisfied with the apartment, the location and the communication with our host.  I would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay here again if I were traveling to Rome.  Thanks, Nicola for making our first visit to Rome such a special one!

I stayed a week with friends in this wonderful apartment in the centre of Valencia. It provides everything you need and all facilities are nearby. The apartment itself is spacious and luxurious. I can really recommend it if you want to stay in Valencia and if you are looking for a place for your own in the city centre.

filthy floors. my wife's feet turned black when she walked in the kitchen without shoes. Lousy showers, typical italy, water goes all over the floor . Keyholder could've cared less, was late but chalked it up to having too many apartments to care for. They had to make the bed when we arrived. No info as to what was availabke in the neighborhood, restaurants, stores m etc. Good thing we're long time visitors to Rome. All in all, we've rented better places with more welcoming owners. Roman Reference is not really a well run enterprise. Don't think we'll use them again.

Excellent apartment in Rome. The best I have been to so far!
Federico even came to pick us up at 11 PM from Nomentana when we got lost .
The apartment is newly renovated, extremely clean and close to the metro and train station. There is a supermarket just outside the building.
Dont think just book!
Spacious enough for upto 6 people. Great for families too.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! Marco and Tatiana were very welcoming and even arranged a shuttle to take us to the airport on our departure day. Communication with them was very easy and accurate.
The apartment was within walking distance of all the main sights in Rome (even Termini train station since the bus drivers decided to strike the day we arrived!) The rooms and bathrooms were beautiful and very clean. The kitchen area was a little cramped, but that's how it is in Italy! We are a family of 5 (all adults) and had plenty of room and hot water. The only thing that would have made the apartment even better is to have a common gathering room since the kitchen area is small, but we were out exploring Rome most of the time so it was not a problem.
Also, if you're counting on having a wifi connection be aware that this location (entire building) doesn't have that option, however, they are trying to install.

We are definitely glad we stayed in the apartment instead of a hotel. We were more immersed in the culture that way.

The apartment was excellent for our needs (four adults and two children). The location was outstanding, just two blocks from Camp Dei Fiore and three blocks from Piazza Navona. The Vatican was within walking distance. It was a joy to see the vendors setting up grocery and flower stands in the mornings and various booths in the evening. We enjoyed the best gelato, pasta and espresso within blocks. Everything was convenient. Would stay here again if we return to Rome 

Just a note to say that the apartment was brilliant – we really enjoyed our stay and the condition of the apartment and its location was perfect for us. I have put a review on Tripadvisor to that effect.

The apartment is literally RIGHT on the bustling Piazza del Campo dei Fiori which makes it easy for shopping and dining.  The market during the day is fun and Romans come here to shop for produce and other food stuff.  At  night the Piazza comes alive with mostly young people - so it is noisy.  This apartment is on the 3rd floor (and though there is a tiny lift you can use, climbing the steep stairs is tiring and it is really like six floors of stairs as you snake upward) and even with the excellent double-paned windows you still heard a lot of partying at night.  The bed was comfortable but both the kitchen and bathroom left something to be desire.  If you really plan to cook meals, it only has 2 burner stove top and a microwave.  We definitely enjoyed despite these drawbacks.

Excellent location with outdoor markets & everything one could need within walking distance. Old building with lots of character. Large windows provided great view of busy street & were excellent at blocking the city noises! Apartment was fairly clean but had room for improvement. Thick dust on upper bathroom moldings, old used soaps in shower, old shower curtain. There is only one toilet but two seperate shower rooms. This was a slight surprise but not too much of an inconvenience even with 4 adults. Small but practical & functional kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay here, especially the location!

Our stay in Rome was very pleasant. The apartment was exactly as described on the website. It's near the Metro and within easy access to buses.The area around the apartment had many supermarkets (Naturasi), bakers and RESTAURANTS.The apartment owner was friendly and very helpful.Would go back pleasantly.

Very clean, beautiful and well equipped apartment. Apartment located near Termini station, very close to the metro. However most of attractions are in walking distance. Owner (Marcella) is a very nice and helpful person. We had a really good time in Rome.

Lumpy mattress and flat uncomfortable pillows, very small low ceilinged kitchen and bathroom. The only thing to recommend this apartment is that it is in the very centre of Rome and is within a comfortable walking distance to many sights.

This was our 2nd time to rent Campo Dei Fiori, Via Giulia, in Rome.  The apartment is spacious and beautiful, and the location is perfect, within walking distance to everything you want to see in Rome.  Massimo is a welcoming host that provides his guests with excellent information and is available if needed.  The rooftop terrace is bonus with great views and a relaxing place for a glass of wine.

Excellent location: historic centre of Naples, close to Piazza Dante and Piazza Gezu, easy to walk around and enjoy the city by day. Apartment: very convenient, with all main equipment, comfortable and secure Service: very helpful and outgoing – the key to a great stay!

What an amazing trip, and a huge part of it was the apartment location and comfort. We had a party of five with three seasoned travelers and two very "green" travelers. The host, Filippo, arranged for us to be picked up by a taxi at the airport which was less expensive at 70 Euro than purchasing 5 train tickets. When we arrived, Filippo gave us a great introduction including a map of the local area as well as one of the Rome metro area.
He recommended several local restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. Heed his choices. We had a meal at a restaurant called Vecchia Roma - place looks like nothing from the outside and they don't even open until 7PM. Go there - you won't be disappointed! You may have to make reservations a day in advance however. Just go in and if they are full, head to the back to sign up for the next night.
As for the apartment, it is clean and very functional. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is useful, especially if you've gotten food from the open markets. You are a 15 minute walk to the Colloseum and about 30-45 minutes to Piazza Navona, Pantheon and the Spanish Steps. We alternated between the Metro and walking, but the Metro station (Vittoria Emmanuel) is only a 2 block walk. Everything is so convenient, yet you are in a less busy section of the city.
The main drawbacks can't really be avoided. The street is noisy outside - expect the garbage men to come at 1-2AM each night, and the showers might be difficult to manage for non-Europeans or those with limited mobility because of the design of the tub. It is a large step to get into the shower and it takes some getting used to working.
Other than that, the apartment was great. Filippo was very attentive and on a day's notice, he also arranged for a taxi to take us back to the airport. The place comes furnished with linens and towels and a few rolls of toilet paper. It was an excellent place to make our trip to Italy memorable!

Excellent location in Rome, within walking distance of many key sights and a block from a metro stop for those that are farther.  Wonderfully lively area that does not feel overrun by tourists.  Since the apartment opens directly onto the street, we found ear plugs to be helpful at night (not much vehicular traffic, just folks walking home or to the next bar).
As noted, the bathroom is pretty small; the toilet is nestled between a wall and the sink and so may be uncomfortable for some.  The shower's water pressure is great, and there was enough hot water for one quick shower, or two consecutive "navy" showers.
All in all, a clean, cozy place in a fantastic location.  Highly recommend!

We stayed for two weeks in May in this apartment in Rome. We are a family of four (2 adults, a teenage daughter and an 8 years old daughter). The apartment turned out to be excellent. It is situated in an excellent, slightly trendy neighbourhood, next to many restaurants and small boutiques, but nevertheless perfectly quiet. It is really less than 10 minutes walk to either of the following: Colosseum, Campidoglio, Santa Maria Maggiore, Piazza del Quirinale. Trolley bus number 117 connecting Lateran with Piazza del Popolo stops just aorund the corner. A small supermarket ist next door on Via del Boschetto, and a bigger one conveniently at Santa Maria Maggiore. The apartment is spacious, equipped with literally everything, comfortable and nice, including some antique paintings and furniture. All the appliances, kitchen gear and bath equipments worked perfectly. The balcony/terrace faces south onto a quiet backyard, with a view of green trees, no buildings. In the morning, we woke up to birds singing. The apartment is well kept and looks just as in the pictures in the internet. The only thing required was some wet wiping of the floors. The apartment was our safe haven for spending a quiet siesta after long walks in the city, which can be quite traffic-ridden at places, and crowded with tourists elsewhere. The central location allowed us to see many things without any effort, and to arrive at crowded places early in the morning, before the guided tour groups. If we were to go back to Rome, we would certainly consider staying here again.

Amazing!! This is by far the best place I have stayed in Tel Aviv. It's really close to the beach (a 2 min walk), It's in a really cool neighborhood.
The apartment is great. It has a very nice style and is in excellent condition.
There are two great balconies to hang out on as well. The managers of the apartment were very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.
I'll be coming back here for sure. For someone who has stayed in many different places in Tel Aviv I am impressed by this apartment and highly recommend it

An ideal flat in Paris for the artistic or boho family. An ecliptic mix of vintage and Ikea with a bit of peeling paint.  The flat and the surrounding area felt very safe.  We felt as if we were living as local people rather than tourists. 
The location is fantastic and so easy to get to the airport and the major attractions. The flat is very quiet thanks to overlooking a large graveyard which was a real bonus in a busy city. Fabulous food shops near by and easy to eat really well and use the kitchen rather than eat out which is expensive by comparison.  
 

I really liked this apartment in rome. Great if you have 4 people because there are 2 rooms. The drying racks are huge! they don't have those in america. Lots of window to get tsome air flow. Be sure to buy an apron when you are in Roma!

Monolocale confortevole e completo di tutto, pulizia eccellente, L'appartamento si trova in pieno centro di Napoli proprio davanti l'Accademia delle Belle Arti e a 50 m a piedi dalla metro!! ci siamo trovati benissimo e se dovete soggiornare qualche gg a Napoli ve lo consiglio!!

Wonderful/Amazing experience in Rome
Our stay in Rome was amazing. The apartment is very clean, completely equipped, wifi/pc available, elevator. Very comfortable beds and nicely decorated with warm colors. As seen in pictures. We would recommend this apartment to everyone, and would definitely stay here again.
The apartment's location is perfect, nice residential area, very quiet and with many restaurants/services around it (Carrefour Express very close). Metro just a few steps away.
