This beautiful studio rental resides in one of LA's most popular and sought after beach communities. Walk in less than a minute to the beach, shops, restaurants, and popular tourist attractions. Popular nearby communities include Venice Beach, Santa Monica Pier, and Marina Del Ray. 


RENTAL INTERIOR:

This lovely studio apartment is attached to a 3 bedroom home (which we also manage) is a traditional vacation rental unit which has been placed under the care of our company by the owner when they travel. The sleeping arrangements includes a queen sized bed. Currently we have a total of 3 studios available which are all nearly identical. Every unit does include free Internet for guest to use during their stay. There is small kitchenette inside each studio room as well as a private bathroom. The size of this beautiful studio rental is much larger than a standard hotel room- although it's not as big as a 1 bedroom apartment. You can sleep up to 3 guest at this rental; however, there will be an additional charge. 

Please note that the price of this unit is set very fair for the area- and is not an invitation for guest who are just looking to party by the beach. This is a quiet home lot in a very nice (yet very cool) area of the beach area. Many people would pay a lot more just to be in this particular location.

Parking: Street parking is available as well as paid parking in the neighborhood.

Cleaning fee will be added on top of the nightly rental for $99 and 14% Transient Tax.

All Dogs are welcome except for some restricted breeds or similar size/breed dogs, Please refer to photos. Pet Deposits are mandatory with $500.00 pet deposit per pet.
