The Tops 2 is a 3 bedroomed  self contained apartment on the first and second floors of a detached house. It has full gas central heating.

It comprises of 1 double bedroom with a double bed, 1 single bedroom with a large bed, and a twin bedded bedroom. It has a large dining room/lounge, a fully equipped kitchen with laundry and ironing facilities, bathroom with bath and shower, and a seperate  toilet.

Located within walking distance of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, bars, and all amenities, this property stands within it's own gardens and private car park, providing 3* accommodation only 2 miles from the Leeds City Centre.

It is within easy reach of Headingley Cricket and Rugby Stadium, Leeds United, Leeds Infirmary, St. James's Hospital, Yorkshire Television, Leeds University, the Leeds Theatres, The Royal Armouries, Leeds/Bradford Airport, and the new Leeds Arena.

Fully equipped for self catering with pots, pans, cutlery,  crockery, and glassware provided.  All bed linens are also provided and towels.

TV, DVD player, radio, and free unlimited access to fibre optic Broadband.

The Tops is recommended because unlike hotels and guest houses these apartments have the advantage of being fully self contained and private and they are virtually a home from home.

Great apartment in a fantastic location. Warm, comfortable and spacious apartment well located in far headintgley just a stones throw from shops, cafes, pubs etc. The apartment itself is peaceful and has some nice  outdoor gardens and seating areas. Merton was responsive, kind and helped for a seemless check-in and check-out. Thank you!

It was a pleasure staying in Merton's lovely house in the heart of Headingley. Merton was a very gracious host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! We definately will be back.

I rented your house last  summer. I just wanted to greet you and wish you and your family a happy new year. We all remember our fantastic stay in Leeds  and how comfortable we were at The Tops. The house was very comfortable for us. The children enjoyed the garden a lot and as the weather was perfect we could eat outside on the cute wooden tables. Mr. Miles was kind enough to agree to all our requests and we felt supported at all times. Thank you very much indeed.
