From the kitchen and bedroom windows the view is on the Royal Castle and a park, which assures you peace and silence. From the living room windows the view is on Bednarska street, which is one of the oldest and most beautiful streets in Warsaw. In the living room you have a big sofa, a stylish desk and a coffe table with two chairs, perfect for having a cup of tea in the afternoon. In the kitchen you have a table for four people, where you can have a homemade meal. Nearby you will find all kinds of restaurants and coffe bars. And a lot of nteresting places to see.

- key pickup takes place at  4 Corazziego street ( office space no. 8 on the ground floor).
- check in is always after 16:00, and check out before 11:00
- we accept check-ins until 22:00, if arrival is after 22:00, previous contact is required
- check-in after 22:00 comes with additional fee of 30€ or 120PLN
Smoking and parties are forbidden.
Quiet hours from 10 pm until 6 am.
Security deposit paid upon the arrival.
