The apartment is located in central Lisbon, just a short distance from Lisbon historic center, in the best known financial and commercial district, where best 5 * hotels, restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping centers (Amoreiras e El Corte Ingles, 5 minutes walking) are located. Next to the door, you have banks, atm machines, two supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, groceries (open until 23h30) and bakery, butchery, fish store and a pharmacy.  
Next to Parque Eduardo VII (the biggest green area inside of Lisbon), and the startpoint of the city sightseeing, this safe neighborhood is the choice of many artists and journalists. You won´t need a car to visit the city, but the apartment is located a few seconds away from several bus stops and also bus stop Tours. Baixa Pombalina is only a 15 minute walk away, as well as the vibrant Bairro Alto neighborhood. And you can easily get to the beach, to Caparica in just 15 minutes by car. 
This charming apartment has the approximated area of 95 sq meters, 3 rooms, a living and dining room, a bathroom with bathtub, shower, and hair dryer and provides a fully equipped kitchen( fridge /freezer, plate,oven, microwave, washing machine, dish washer, toaster, coffee machines, etc). And a wonderful barbecue, where you can grill while you rest after a day walking around the city.
