O prédio em si, a primeira vista, assusta um pouco, mal cuidado, bagunçado e antigo como tudo em Roma. Mas o apartamento é muito limpo, tem tudo o que mostra nas fotos. Sentimos falta apenas de micro-ondas e ar-condicionado no quarto (tem somente na sala) no mais, tudo em boas condições e completo.

A localização também é muito boa, em região próxima a agitação, bons restaurantes e pontos turísticos. Fizemos tudo a pé e foi ótimo, por isso, indicamos bastante.

I highly recommend staying here, this is by far the best rental I've ever had in Rome - and I've rented a lot of apartments in Rome. The location is amazing, beds are comfortable, air con works well and the terrace is a perk I never knew I needed. Guglielmo, the host, is very welcoming and responsive. I'm looking forward to staying there again, thank you!

The outside space is amazing! Sitting out on the rooftop at sunset and then seeing the lights of Rome come on was such a highlight. The host was extremely helpful! We got a full tour of the apartment when we arrived which was much appreciated. It is a charming old building, so knowing how everything worked made the stay so much more comfortable. The host offered to book a driver for us for an early morning flight. The car service was excellent . And we arrived to fresh grapes and a chilled bottle of wine! We would definitely stay here again.

As you can see from our review we loved the stay. Our suggestion is that you need to add mattress toppers or new mattresses to the beds in the top floor. Our two travel companions found them very uncomfortable. The bed on the lower floor was great. Thanks again for all your help.

We had a wonderful time at the house. Lovely terrace with a great view and a great kitchen with everything that you might need. We ended up spending a lot more time at the house than expected. I am really going to miss the early coffee on the rooftop watching the sun rise. Highly recommended

Splendide maison au cœur de la nature, décorée avec goût, très confortable et pratique. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour cet été à deux familles avec enfants dans ce cadre idyllique. Communication très fluide et agréable, avec des recommandations et une grande flexibilité pour les départs. Le seul point à noter pour les familles est que la piscine ne jouxte pas les maisons : c’est un espace un peu en contrebas, ce qui a des avantages et des inconvénients avec des enfants en bas âge :) Merci encore !

Kitchen had a lot of ants which made it difficult to cook comfortably. I know ants are tough to get rid of them sometimes especially with the weather but overall I didn’t enjoy cooking because within seconds there was ants all over my food. I rushed to clean up and ate out for the trip which was fine. Otherwise beautiful all around. Absolutely adored the property and the hospitality from you and Corado and Silvia. Very nice people.

Regarding the ants, I'm truly sorry, it happens, but it's very easy to fix for us! Please ensure to let us know next time, it only takes 5 minutes to Corrado to fix the issue with non toxic natural products.

This was a great location. Only a couple negatives. WiFi did not work the majority of the time. We recharged it with our own cords since there wasn’t any available but even then was intermittent when working. Also, one room (two twins beds) we couldn’t use due to the hot temperature outside and no AC in the room. A fan was not enough. Which was unfortunate….

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa Vendicari Junior. Das Haus ist stilvoll, das Grundstück sehr weitläufig und absolut still - in kürzester Zeit konnten wir hier vom lauten Alltag der Großstadt abschalten. Wir konnten uns mit allen Fragen an den Vermieter wenden, Guglielmo hat sich immer innerhalb von Sekunden freundlich und zuvorkommend zurückgemeldet. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Our stay at Marzia’s couldn’t have been more perfect.

The apartment is beautiful and filled with art, books and light; the accommodation is very comfortable with excellent a/c, and shutters/curtains to adjust light as needed; there is amazing food everywhere; it’s a very short walk to so many sites and transportation… and there’s so much more.

The neighborhood is very busy and vibrant, but amazingly, the apartment itself was incredibly quiet. We travelled with our young daughter so having a washing machine, detachable shower head, and kitchen with dishwasher was really key for us, and we were all completely charmed and at home in the apartment.

Rome is endlessly beautiful and stimulating, and it’s really nice to have a peaceful, comfortable and cool refuge to recharge within.

Also, Iryna, our point of contact, was so prompt and helpful and a complete pleasure to interact with!

Thank you Marzia, Iryna and Guglielmo! We can’t wait to return! We highly recommend!

We absolutely loved staying at this apartment. it had everything we needed. the apartment is quite big and the kitchen well equipped. The location is close to public transport and the area is very walkable. it felt like home since the moment we arrived. the host was very quick to respond and very helpful when we needed it. thank you so much again, we absolutely loved staying at the apartment and really appreciated that we could extend our stay! just a few things that may need attention in time, the main bedroom mattress was nice and firm but the springs does protrude which made it quite uncomfortable, but a mattress topper will sort that problem out. luckily there were loads of blankets so I used this to create some cushioning. the pictures on the website may need to be updated as the sleeper couch mentioned is no longer there and also no carpets. the kitchen overall needs some attention. it was quite dirty when we arrived and I had to wash everything. pretty much all the cupboard doors hinges needs to be fixed, and the extractor in the kitchen really needs to be cleaned properly, old oil was dripping into the food while cooking. I washed the covers which stopped the dripping but dirty oil would run down the wall on top of the electric socket, it is also extremely noisy and doesn't really work well

La ubicación no puede ser mejor. El departamento está en el centro de Roma, con todo cerca, pero en una calle super tranquila. Nos encantó la ubicación.

Es departamento es grande y la sala se estar muy cómoda para todos, sin embargo, no es un departamento de 5 estrellas. El departamento es viejo y necesita mantenimiento. Hay varias humedades. Los aires acondicionados no funcionan a la perfección (especialmente el de la recámara principal) una de las recámaras no tiene puerta y otra no tiene aire acondicionado (estuvimos en agosto a 39 grados). En la recámaras principal y la de dos camas cae polvo y tierra del techo cada vez que cierras las puertas. Hay que estar sacudiendo las camas y barriendo constantemente.

El anfitrión fue super atento y siempre estuvo pendiente.

En general estuvimos contentos, pero creo que tienen cosas que mejorar para ser un destino increíble.

Thanks very much, I will definitely be coming back to visit my daughter soon. Only two little comments, one was the floor seemed to be somewhat dusty in the living area. The rest of the apartment was very clean. And it would be great to have an n’espresso machine.

This really is one of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed. Thanks again!

Rebecca is a really great guest, very kind and collaborative. She had to leave beforehand for reasons that didn't have to do with the apartment and she didn't ask for refunds. Nowadays, when this happens, most airbnb tenants make up an issue to receive money back, she is really an exception. Very fair guest. Recommend to anyone. A rarity to have fair guests lately, maybe 10% of total

Très belle maison d’architecte, aux formes arrondies et matériaux choisis. Très reposant et calme, jardin extérieur et piscine agréables. Très bien climatisée, très lumineuse, de belles terrasses extérieures bien entretenues.

L’adresse n’est pas juste sur airbnb, Sylvia n’était pas ponctuelle non plus, je sais que c’est toléré ici mais nous sommes des personnes très ponctuelles nous mêmes.
Neamoins c’était très sympa de prévoir des fruits, des provisions disponibles, et surtout nous avons ensuite passé une belle semaine
Bien sûr il y a les fourmis envahissantes mais bon, on s’est adapté, peut être prévoir des Tupperware dans le logement ce serait bien ( pour les biscuits notamment ou les choses à protéger)
La piscine est sympa tout comme le jardin

Die Wohnung war wirklich fast perfekt und Pascale sehr freundlich und sehr gut erreichbar. Tolle Lage und super sauber, Klimaanlage funktioniert gut, die Dachterrassen sind ein Traum. Das einzige Manko ist das eine, noch nicht renovierte Bad.

Im unteren Bad schimmelt es, dies ist das einzige was uns gestört hat. Leider handelt es sich um ein größeres Problem, das man sowohl sieht als auch riecht, wenn man das Bad betritt. Wir haben dies ja bereits rückgemeldet und denken, dass es dringend einer Renovierung bedarf und Gäste darauf hingewiesen oder auch entschädigt werden sollten. Es könnte bei Personen mit Vorbelastung auch zu gesundheitlichen Problemen führen.
