Impresionante. Como vivir en el corazón de Lisboa en un pequeño espacio encantador. El centro a un paso, lo cual es conveniente tras las largas caminatas q te das en esta ciudad. Y el colchón para dormir peligroso, ya que es tan cómodo que si no te pones el despertador puedes estar mil horas allí durmiendo ;) No busques más, de verdad, aquí está tu mejor opción.

The situation of this apartment in Lisbon is excellent. Only the klimbing on the Beco do Monte is a bit heavy. The apartment was clean.

As good as it gets in central Lisbon
The location is perfect - within walking distance to all of Lisbon's most popular sites and neighbourhoods, and close to the metro and tram, which was perfect when we needed to venture out to Belém.
The apartment was spotless, stylish and pretty much brand new! It has every little thing you would need and many bonuses as well, including an awesome iPod dock and a guide book created by the hosts that highlights Lisbon gems (to name a few).
Rita is super nice and extremely helpful, quick to answer any questions and gave us great tips on making the most out of our neighbourhood and budget.
Overall, my girlfriend and I had the greatest experience in Rita and Miguel's place and would recommend it to anyone looking for the ultimate comfort and location in Lisbon.

The perfect place in Lisbon

You will find a special guide create by the owner and two usb drives with portuguese and international music!! (we loved it!).
The owners were very friendly helping us in everything we need including going with us to find were to park.

My wife and I stayed at the alfama house apartment for six days in June. The apartment is centrally located in the alfama district, and is close to the metro, bus, and other transportation services. The apartment was very clean and well laid out. It is close to dining, grocery and other services. Don’t worry about going to a restaurant to listen to Fado, simply get a bottle of wine, kick back at the apartment and open the window. To keep this short, I will say that my wife and I enjoyed our stay at the alfama house immensely and will be going back to stay there again.

Enjoyed every aspect of our stay at the alfama House flat – we will stay here again. Great location, in the middle of warren of alleys and roads, away from the touristy areas, five minute walk to a half dozen or more neighborhood restaurants. Center of Lisbon easily accessible by foot. We walked everwhere except for a train trip to Sitra. Go see the castles there and as well as the one in Lisbon. 15 minute walk to train station that can take you down the coast to the sea side areas. Flat is very “new,” very well appointed and comfortable.

Alfama is a beautiful, authentic neighborhood, filled with locals, places to eat and hear live music. Located right by a plaza and the Fado museum, it’s easy to find and explore from. A great home base; very simple and comfortable.

The apartment was perfect in every sense. Francois, the owner, gave us tremendous insight into Lisbon, and answered every question/email in a timely manner. The location is ideal…right in the heart of the old alfama district. You are walking distance to most sights, and truly live amongst the locals. The apartment itself is renovated, clean and modern. The washing machine was handy, and having a full kitchen was also a plus. Wifi access was reliable, and the bakery nearby was a great place for breakfast and delicious treats. The apartment made our stay in Lisbon memorable and comfortable. I would rent again without hesitation.
