Fantastic location in Rome! Great stay. Right around the corner from a taxi stand. Tons of restaurants nearby. Very walkable and easy to get around. Kitchen is well stocked and the grocery store is only a few blocks away. Would recommend to anyone considering staying here. Very very spacious apartment. Really nice to have so much space right in the city. If you are staying here I would suggest to pack in carry on size luggages/bags since it is challenging to bring heavier bags up 3 flights of stairs. If you arrive early msg the host as they may be able to accommodate bag storage/early check in. This was so helpful for us as we had come from a cruise.

We have only small feedback We had asked Iryna for how to arrange a large taxi to the airport but she had only suggested the taxi stand which is hard because we are too many bags for 1 taxi. We ended up using Cab Shuttle Taxi - Roma right behind you on the map and they were great. 80 euros. https://cabshuttletaxi.com/contatti/ You may consider having a partnership with them for referrals. This might seem funny but we don't have gates at the front of apartments in Canada and we did not realize till the last day that there was a button to open the gate. We were using the key. We only noticed when we saw someone press the button at the top of the stairs. Ask Iryna to show. You should talk to the neighbour about the dogs barking. I am afraid it will negatively affect your reviews. I did not mention it in the review but my dad and grandma were not happy about it. All the best!!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Wir wurden herzlich vor Ort begrüßt. Die Wohnung ist noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern und es war super sauber. Die Umgebung ist perfekt, um ein paar Tage in Rom zu verbringen. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es sehr ruhig. Restaurants sind schnell zu erreichen und das Viertel ist für mich das schönste in Rom. Wir sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß abgelaufen, es gibt aber auch Busse in der Nähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder! ☺️

The location was 5 Star. Close/walking distance to all major attractions. There are a lot of amenities out the front door, supermarket, restaurants, pharmacies, bars etc, The Manger, Guglielmo, was very professional and super helpful. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Overall, a great apartment, I highly recommend.

The apartment was as described...clean, well-equipped, well located.
As a solo traveller, I felt safe and comfortable for a month long stay. Guglielmo was especially helpful on arrival, explaining how everything worked, and where neighborhood conveniences were located. If you don't mind stairs, this apartment is a great option.

This was an amazing apartment. Sitting on the top balcony, eating breakfast and watching the sun rise over Rome, will be a highlight of our trip. Pascale our host was so kind and recommended lots of great restaurants. Our kids loved their room upstairs and our bed was very comfortable. The location is amazing- we could walk to all the main attractions. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend and happily return again! Guglielmo was the contact and was immediately responsive to any needs and questions. I can't recommend the location enough! Also, for being in such a busy area of Rome the place was extremely quiet since it is not near the front of the building and back behind the road a bit. It is small, but served all my needs well.

I had an amazing time during my stay! The apartment looks just like it does in the pictures. It's in a great location close to everything, so it's easy to find nearby stores and restaurants. The host was super responsive and made sure I had everything I needed. The cleanliness and little touches in the apartment really enhanced my experience. I'm excited to come back and see more of what this area has to offer.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was a very nice size and felt very open with plenty of bedrooms. We were allowed to leave our luggage early, which was a huge help. Most importantly, the apartment is in the perfect location. It was right next to the pantheon and, easy to get to a number of bars, restaurants, and shops. If we are in Rome again, we would definitely stay in this apartment. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Had a wonderful time, place is really in the middle of everything and a bunch of great restaurants just downstairs. Enjoyed the patios with a glass of wine before dinner each night. Stairs to apt and to upper floor adds character but will be tough with a family with a lot of big luggage. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience! I would gladly stay again.
PRO: Location can’t be beat. Minutes away by foot from Piazza Navona, seconds away from delicious bars and restaurants. Met some great people & had a blast! Balcony has an amazing view and seating area. My daily ritual by morning and night. A/C in both rooms, works great & a must for a summer visit to Rome. Guglielmo is communicative and proactive for easy, smooth check-in. Iryna helped me with keys upon arrival, and Guglielmo also arranged for a runner to come carry my suitcase up the stairs for 30€.
CON For 10am checkout, the cleaner entered the apartment with his own key at 9:50am which was annoying. 10am is already hard enough, and check-in is 3pm — this leaves 5 hours for a clean. No need to come early. I felt rushed. The shower floor is metal with holes (for drainage) and was uncomfortable. The bathroom sink drains very slowly, and the toilet needs ~15-20 minutes at times to properly flush again.

This home was PERFECT for the five of us. It was clean, organized, and close to everything we needed. The outside terrace was icing on the cake. Wonderful place, highly recommend!!

One very small thing, the dishwasher wasn’t run before our check in and had dirty dishes in it. Not a big deal, but just wanted to let you know. Other than that, your place was amazing!!!

Great apartment near the center of Rome. Supermarkets and restaurants are about 10 minutes walking. Great host. Just remember there is no elevator so you will get some good exercise :)

The apartment was stunning and while it was so close to Rome's most famous attractions, it was also tucked away on a quiet street out of the craziness. The rooftop terrace was perfect for morning cappuccinos or evening apertivo!

This is the apartment you want in a chaotic city. The apartment is more spacious than the average unit, especially considering you are about 5 min walk from both Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. The host does a great job of communicating with you, and this is a great place to come and relax after a long day of walking and sight seeing……reserve now!!!! ;)

This place was perfect for our family of three visiting Rome for a week. The location for us was the best part, as it is super close to John Cabot University and we were visiting our eldest child there. The apartment itself has tons of character and is very comfortable. It is in a nice neighborhood, close lots of great restaurants and cafes and was not far from Vatican City. Check in was easy as a staff member met us at the apartment, and the A/C was a relief as it was super hot during our stay. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Great location, spacious apartment and an amazing host. The apartment was well equipped for a family of 6. Minor issues: the couches covers could be replaced and the apartment has an upper floor studio with a terrace but we didn’t use it because the stairs are steep and inconvenient to bring up laundry or your breakfast (the rest of the apartment is spacious so you don’t really need the upper part) Overall a great stay in the heart of Rome ❤️

We had a great stay. Another minor issue- there was a smell of sewage from the shower room in some of the days Anyway thank you very much We hope to come back and visit the eternal city and stay again at the apartment as a great home base Jonathan

We loved our stay! This home is even better than the photos. The description is accurate, the host was warm and welcoming and even left us some food which was wonderful. The location is very central and walkable and felt safe. The AC works great and we appreciated having laundry too. The decks are amazing. You have to be ok with the tiny spiral stairs to book this place and access the upper floor and deck. My family of four with two teenagers absolutely loved our stay and dream of coming back one day.
