A 35 m2 one bedroom apartment with a fitted kitchen, very nice and modern –  high standard living room with a sleeping corner. Spacious kitchen with a table and four chairs, in the very center of Warsaw on the 1st floor in a building at Elektoralna Street.

Wi-fi internet and cable TV is available. Convenient public transportation - 5 minutes from “Ratusz Arsena?” Metro Station, close to tram and bus lines. 10 min walk to the Theatre and Pi?sudski Square.

        Sleeping corner: double bed (160x200cm), bedside table, lamp, writing-desk

        Bed linen and towels

- key pickup takes place at  4 Corazziego street ( office space no. 8 on the ground floor).
- check in is always after 16:00, and check out before 11:00
- we accept check-ins until 22:00, if arrival is after 22:00, previous contact is required
- check-in after 22:00 comes with additional fee of 30€ or 120PLN
Smoking and parties are forbidden.
Quiet hours from 10 pm until 6 am.
Security deposit paid upon the arrival.
