Bedroom in a 75m2 apartment set on the 3rd floor with elevator is composed of :

With Bathtub/shower, washbasin, bidet, hair dryer, wc, washing machine;

Independent heating, AC, internet WiFi, TV, washing machine, balcony ( shared), elevator, doorman, street parking.

PLEASE NOTE : Only women are accepted in the B&B.

Our charming apartment can accommodate two people comfortably and is located only 15 minutes walk from the park of Villa Pamphili for your jogging and 15 minutes from Old Town for sightseeing the beautiful Eternal City. Relax, sport and culture within walking distance! See you there!
The apartment is easily accessible by the underground train: from / to Fiumicino Airport in 25 minutes, or to / from Termini Station in 15 minutes. Get off at Trastevere Station!
If you love the sea and the sun you can also reach the Roman Lido di Ostia. A few minutes walk to reach the green and the tranquility of the Capital's largest park: Villa Pamphili with jogging paths, pond and small animals. The Center and the museums are waiting 12 minutes by tram 8. For those who love the nightlife, venues of the historic district of Testaccio are open all year .. and on Sundays you can visit the famous flea market of Porta Portese a few minutes walk away!
The bathroom and the balcony are shared, for this I ask for a careful use. Pets are not allowed. 22 pm to 8 am please no noise.
Guests will be welcomed by the owner in the apartment.
The price for the double room (2 persons) is € 70,- per day. For single use the price is € 35,- per day.
