APARTMENTS
This cozy, just restored apartment (3+1, 94 m2) is situated in the center of Prague in few meters from Wenceslas Square (Vaclavske Namesti).
It consists of a drawing room, two bedrooms, separate kitchen, with all necessary equipment, a bathroom and a separate toilet. You will find there three double beds, two folding double sofas and one folding single sofa in the apartment. The equipment includes TV and the free Internet (connection through Wi-Fi). The apartment is very comfortable for group of 6 - 11 people.
The price for accommodation includes all taxes and fees established by law, municipal tax and power expenses.

LOCATION
The place is very close (up to 5 min by walk) to Wenceslas Square (Vaclavske Namesti), Main Train Station, Charles Bridge (Karlov Most), Old Town Square (Staromestske Namesti), Orloj, the Old Jewish Quarter (Josefov) and the pub-microbrewery U Fleku (most famous in Prague). It is un-necessary to use public transit or metro. You can get everywhere by walk. There is, Starbucks, gro-cery store and ATMs in less than 100 meters radius from apartment. The apartment is conveniently located in the crossroad of public transportation - 5 minutes walk to the nearest subway station (Mustek), with a net of trams in the vicinity.

ARRIVAL
It takes 30 minutes to get from the airport to the apartment by taxi. We can organize you a transfer from the airport for 25 Euros for the car (4 persons). The apartment is in close proximity to the Main Train Station (10 minutes on foot).

Parking is not included in price The parking doesn't enter into cost, but you can leave your car from 6 o'clock in the evening to 8 o'clock in the morning on parking of the resident (the blue line) free of charge.If you need to park your car longer If longer parking is necessary to you, the nearest garage is located in one quarter from Charles Square (Karlovo Namesti), the Vatslavsky Garage is a safe and convenient parking in the New Town of Prague, the cost of 50 CZK and 500 CZK per one day. If you want to receive a monthly parking these are 7400 CZK a month (contractual).The parking is open 24 hours per day.
