The property is located on a hill facing the Vendicari Natural Reserve, with a superb view on the coast and on the surrounding countryside. The main building hosts the living area, the master bedroom and two guest bedrooms. The fourth couple of guests are hosted in the adjacent cottage. The pool (12 mtx5 with heated minipool) is located between the main house and the cottage. Each bedroom has air conditioning and en-suite bathroom. Wide panoramic windows flood the ambients with natural light. The spaces (internal and external) have been concieved to allow big gatherings (the table can sit up to 16 guests) yet there are plenty of privacy spaces for the moments of indivitual relax.
