Your family will have a delightful time making lasting memories while staying in this remodeled 1-story, 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo.  Upon entering, you’ll marvel at the unique cork floors accented by exquisite woodworking throughout.  The bedroom features 1-queen sized sleigh bed and ample closet space.  There’s also 1-full bath, a laundry cubby with a stack washer and dryer, a fully equipped galley-style kitchen with newer appliances (including a dishwasher), and a breakfast bar/pass throughout into the living/dining area.  Once inside the generous living room, you’ll discover a small bistro table and chairs, a small dining table, and chairs, a queen-sized hide-a-bed, and a wood fireplace insert (firewood not provided) surrounded by a beautifully handcrafted hearth, mantle, and floor-to-ceiling shelving unit with a flat-screen monitor.  Just outside is a small balcony with a territorial view.  Need more room?  This condo pairs nicely with our family Condo #64 located right next door!  Don’t forget Fido…this pet-friendly (2-PET MAXIMUM, No exceptions), WIFI* equipped and monitored family vacation property will sleep 2 to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River, which runs on 3 sides of the property.  At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year-round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts, and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free WIFI, a pool table, a ping pong table, and a separate toddler playroom. The grounds have BBQ/picnic areas, a children’s play structure, and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old-growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.

In addition to weekly rates, Mt. Baker Lodging offers nightly seasonal pricing, with a 2-night minimum stay for Regular season and a 3-night minimum stay for Holidays, Christmas, New Years.  There is a one -time exist cleaning fee of $109.  Posted rates include local taxes and fees and subject to change.

WIFI service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control. No refunds are provided if the FREE WIFI SERVICE fails to function correctly.
