Our family spent 5 days at this apartment.  The location is great.  Easy walk to the river.  located close to the opera house.  2 minutes from groceries and lots of restaurants within a very short walk.  The apartment was clean and well maintained.  The owner was GREAT to deal with; super helpful and responsive.  Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to explore the city.  only negative might be lack of elevator in the building.  We've got a 2 and 3 year old with strollers and all the things that go along with them, and the stairs were only a minor inconvenience.  Don't think you'll find a better value in the city.

We spent  a week in Budapest and found this apartment was excellent for our stay.  It is centrally located, secure, close to transport, supermarket and some lovely little bars! Just around the corner from the  Opera, we often walked to many of the major sites. Timea and Erika were very helpful and provided lots of  additional information as we needed including arranging taxi pickups.  It was great week and we would definitely stay here next time!

From the start of communicating with the owner until we checked out, our experience with this place was very good. The place was clean, fully provided for with all the listed amenities and in the middle of the Pest but in a quiet neighborhood-- walking distance to historic sites in Budapest, restaurants and stores. A 10 minute taxi ride from the train station. As healthy, strong guests we would stay here again. However, for people with mobility issues or who do not have sufficient arm and leg strength, the apartment is on the third floor with no elevator to take luggage up and down. But for others with no physical problems, this is a great place!

I am a returning guest to this apartment in Budapest, and just love everything about it. The location is superb, in the VI-th district, steps away from the Opera.  Literally everything is within walking distance.  What I like the most is that the apartment is very quiet, on the 3rd foor off of a side street, yet you walk downstairs and around the corner you are in the middle of Pest.  The owner and his sister are the nicest people, they are superflexible.  They call taxis, make restaurant reservations, send all kinds of recommendations, they pretty much accommodate any requests. In addition the price for this place is very reasonable  I highly recommend this place to anyone.

The apartment seemed very modern and comfortable on the pictures on cities reference. It turned out to be somewhat of a dissapointment!
We arranged a transfer from the airport with the owner....he didn't turn up, without letting us know.
The bathroom is very damp and dirty. Warm water is scarce and there is nowhere to put up the shower . Towels smelled funny. The rest was ok, but not  cinvincing.
