As described in the confirmation paper, we called the owner 2,5 hours before our arrival (12:00 h) at the apartment. The owner(Carla Molino) and her family were on holiday and her life partner(Daniel Wuschansky) took our call. It seems to us, that they were surprised about our call and first they had to check whether the apartment was end-cleaned. Finally they arranged the end-cleaning and we were asked to enter the apartment after 13:00 h. As we entered the apartment, we were shocked from the dirtyness(incl. fixer stuff!) of the main entrance(staircase) of the house. We were also very disappointed of the cheap IKEA-furniture, missing towels and very dirty kitchen wipes. For a price of 115,00 € per night you can expect in Berlin a 4 star hotel quality level. The handover of the keys was handled by an employee of the owner. As we wanted to pay, as directed in the guidelines, the remaining part of the rental fee in cash to the employee, he was not willing to take the money, because he did not know the exact amount. So, he asked us to wait another 2 days for owner's direction after their return from holidays. We then have send the owner an email with our points of disappoinment and our mobil number. After the owner and her family returned from holiday, the life partner of her called us and accused us very loud and agressive of breach of rental contract, because we did not pay the remaining rental fee in cash to the owner's employee. As we tried to explain to him, that we wanted to pay, but the employee refused, he did not really listen and threatened with police action to get us out of the apartment. Finally the owner directed her employee to collect the money. We then have send another email to the owner where we expressed our horror of the threat of her life partner and we insisted on an apology, We never got any reaction.
At the middle of our stay we changed the bed clothes and with this we got a new disgusting surprise. The mattress protector sheet was stained and not cleaned or replaced before we moved in. We send another email to the owner describing the situation. Finally the employee of the owner entered the apartment in our absence and brought a fresh mattress protector sheet and a cheap bottle of italian red wine.
We never were contacted personally by the owner or here life partner to apologize for all these shortcomings. 
In all our lfe, we never had such a bad experience!

Siamo rientrati, contenti della sistemazione prenotata tramite la vostra agenzia/sito.
Il fatto che non fosse all'indirizzo  comunicatoci è' stato disorientante ma Leipziger 30 era decisamente meglio di Wilhelm 48. 
Alcuni suggerimenti se posso:
 Date l'indirizzo giusto e avvisate che il check in e' da un'altra parte.
Gli asciugamani sono pochi (un asciugamano da viso per persona) per cui andrebbe detto nell 'annuncio, se il proprietario non ne dà di più.
Per quanto riguarda il bagno, il lavandino era un po' ostruito e l'acqua defluiva lentamente, dovrebbe esserci un tappetino antiscivolo sul fondo della vasca perché si rischia di cadere e ci dovrebbe essere anche  un gancio dietro la porta o accanto alla porta per appendere.
In una camera mancava un abat jour
La location è ottima, si attraversa la strada è c'è' sia la stazione della metro di Friedrichstrasse ed un super che resta aperto fino a mezzanotte.
L'appartamento è pulito.
Mi scuso se vi ho scritto spesso, tutto si è risolto al meglio
Vi farò una buona pubblicità tra i miei conoscenti.

The apartment is large, pleasant, well located.  There were few problems but they were important to us.
As mentioned in the description of the apartment but not stressed, the bathroom is set up for a handicapped person. The wash basin is low and difficult to use if one has back problems. The drain for the shower is in the floor tiles and, oddly, on the way to the toilet and wash basin so that one must track through on wet tiles to get to these fixtures. When my wife pointed these things out and asked whether there was a mop to clean up after a shower, Carla became incensed. She told her that if she did not think the apartment was to our liking we could leave. To put it mildly, we did not get off on the right foot. There was an old, filthy mop in the form of a Swiffer after all but Carla did not find it for us. The mattresses are quite soft as well.
An iron and board were not in the apartment when we arrived, even though they were listed in the description. Carla could not seem to understand why these things were important to us.  They were being used by someone in another apartment of hers. We had to wait a full day (and two of our five nights) before they were delivered to us. Our last contact with her was her message, sent by email, “I'll bring the Iron soon. And a Second set of key. Because I'm kind and  not because I have to. See you in a bit.” A man and not Carla delivered the items.

Mieszkanie Berlin nie wyglada jak na zdjeciu, nie ma internetu, zapchany splyw wody pod wanna. Ogrzewanie na gaz gdzie samemu trzeba regulowac cieplo. Mieszkanie zimne nie zadbane, posciel poduszki i koldry wraz z poszewkami nie nadaja sie do spania. Mieszkanie nie jest zachwycajace.
