Die Wohnung war wirklich fast perfekt und Pascale sehr freundlich und sehr gut erreichbar. Tolle Lage und super sauber, Klimaanlage funktioniert gut, die Dachterrassen sind ein Traum. Das einzige Manko ist das eine, noch nicht renovierte Bad.

Im unteren Bad schimmelt es, dies ist das einzige was uns gestört hat. Leider handelt es sich um ein größeres Problem, das man sowohl sieht als auch riecht, wenn man das Bad betritt. Wir haben dies ja bereits rückgemeldet und denken, dass es dringend einer Renovierung bedarf und Gäste darauf hingewiesen oder auch entschädigt werden sollten. Es könnte bei Personen mit Vorbelastung auch zu gesundheitlichen Problemen führen.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus. Alles hat gepasst – das Haus war sehr sauber, hervorragend ausgestattet und der Garten war grandios. Die Einrichtung war stilvoll, modern und gemütlich sodass wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. Die Lage war ideal und die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern verlief unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Le logement était impeccable, avec air conditionné et ventilateurs. l'appartement est très joli et spacieux.
Néanmoins la 3ème "chambre" n'a pas de porte et donne directement sur le séjour. Il serait bon de le préciser je pense pour davantage de transparence

Je vous suggèrerai d'installer une porte, ou bien un paravent pour que la 3ème chambre soit bien séparée du salon

I highly recommend it, great location, right in the center, everything is within walking distance, many great restaurants around, and a very good place to hide from the heat for a while and rest before continuing your journey. By the way, for breakfast you will always find wonderful croissants and good coffee around :)

Hola. Sólo quería avisarte de dos problemas que imagino que ya conoces. Primero, hay muchas hormigas. A nosotros no nos molestan pero si después de limpiar pasas un paño húmedo con lejía acaban desapareciendo. En Sevilla hay muchas pero ahora nosotros no tenemos ni una. Lo segundo es que el tubo de la ducha está roto y el agua no sale correctamente habría que cambiarlo. Por lo demás tienes una casa estupenda. Ah regamos las plantas del patio casi todos los días para intentar cuidartelas. Gracias

El apartamento tiene el equipamiento y las comodidades suficientes para una estadía larga, ideal para una pareja sola o con un hijo menor. No es grande pero es cómodo. Está en un 4° piso de un típico viejo edificio romano, pero al contrario de la mayoría de estos edificios, éste tiene ascensor. Su anfitrión está atento y reponde rápidamente a cualquier inconveniente. Pero lo mejor que tiene es su ubicación: en pleno centro histórico. A pasos del Campo di Fiori, a 5 minutos a pié de la Piazza Navona y con la mayor parte de los puntos de atracción al alcance de caminatas a pié.

Excellent location, close to many of the sites that we wanted to see. Lots of good restaurants and shops right in the vicinity and others within a few minutes walk. Check-in process was smooth and we appreciated the opportunity to check in early. Everything was clean and comfortable and a wonderful spot to come home to at the end of the day. Air conditioning worked well and was welcome after long days of walking in the heat. The two terraces were wonderful and we had the opportunity to see some amazing sunsets over St. Peter's Basilica. As the listing states, you must climb stairs to get to the apartment on the 3rd floor (as is common with many apartments in Rome) and additional steps to the terraces. Thank you for a wonderful place to call home while we were in Rome. Grazie mille.

What a spectacular find! This property completely fullfilled all of our expectations. The owner was wonderful to communicate with - always quick to respond, highly appreciative, and genuinely helpful. Our absolute favorite feature was the breathtaking pool area, which offers a truly stunning view towards the sea. Watching the sunset from the rooftop was unforgettable. Inside, the house was modern, pristine, and filled with top-notch amenities. We loved the tranqillity and the nature. This is a true five-star experience that we highly recommend!

Very good location. 10-15 min walk to every major site seeing. Easy checkin and checkout. Enough space for three people. Would recommend staying.

Great views and proximity to nice restaurants. Villa has old world charm, and good amenities. Some areas of the house could have been cleaned better prior to our arrival. Location is a long way (steep 20 minute walk) to the ferry and beach. But overall we enjoyed the house and our time in beautiful Positano.

I had a wonderful stay at Guglielmo's place! Everything Trastevere offers was on my doorstep and the apartment was just around the corner from the University where I was teaching, so the location was wonderful. It is also very accessible to both the Ponte Sisto and the Ponte Mazzini both of which take you right into the heart of the Campo de' Fiori and Piazza Navona areas of Rome. It is also a short walk to Vatican City and the beautiful St. Peter's Basilica and Vatican Museum. The apartment was well-appointed and the bed comfortable! The a/c was a bonus during an oppressive heatwave and needed during high summer travel months! Grazie mille, Guglielmo!

thanks a lot again, we were very happy overall, you have a beautiful apartment and everything that we used worked well (Airconditioning, fridge, internet, etc.). Also very charming that it's full of everyday things and not dressed up like any average airbnb, I guess and hope you will keep it that way! =) Also everything was well prepared and clean (bed, towels, bathroom).

One small thing: There was quite lot of dust in the apartment (on the windowsills, cornices, walls, etc...). It would be worth it to properly dust it off for once. For me it did not matter much, but the friend that stayed with me is allergic to dust, so for him it was a bit tough in the first days.

Interesting house/building. Looks a bit arty. Lots of space as well inside as outside. Nice pool. Good location to see the south of Sicily. Access road is a bit bumpy. Clean rooms. Parts of the building needs a bit of TLC.

Éramos 3 y el dpto. verdaderamente es para 2. el sillón cama tenía una division en el medio en un lugar que hacía imposible poder dormir, además de ser muy chico el espacio.Pagamos una suma importante entiendo por la ubicación mas no por el departamento en sí.

Éramos 3, alquilamos por 5 días y nos dejaron solo 2 rollos de papel higiénico. El espacio podría rediseñarse de modo más funcional para el turista, en más ganchos para colgar o espacio de guardado y desde ya ese sillón cama no funciona como tal

Capisco quello che dici, ma infatti, se guardi la nostra corrispondenza nel primo messaggio che ti ho mandato ti scrivevo proprio che il soggiorno non ha privacy (perché bisogna attraversarlo per arrivare in bagno e cucina) ed è un divano letto, è adatto per un bambino, non per un'adulto. Io ti avevo avvisato ma tu mi hai detto che non era un problema al momento della prenotazione, è tutto scritto :) mi dispiace per il malinteso, ma se leggi il mio messaggio vedrai che ero stato molto chiaro.
