In Rom haben wir wieder viel neues entdeckt. Der Ostersonntag am Petersplatz war ein besonderes Erlebnis. Es war wieder sehr schön in Deiner Wohnung und unser Aufenthalt zu kurz.

As promised please find below our comments :
The flat in Rome was very comfortable, clean and decorated with taste. It's quiteness was specially appreciated to rest after tiring days of visits in the crowd of tourists. The apartment is as central as you can get, close by the Vatican, subway stations, several restaurants and small supermarkets.
The availability and the kindness of Francesco was very estimated

The apartment 293 in Rome is very well and quietly situated close to the subway and several bus lines passing the piazza del risorgimento. So you can reach all the highlights of Rome! There are two supermarkets in the same street nearby and several shops and restaurants in the street close by. The apartment has all the windows to a very nice and calm courtyard and is full of light. The rooms are nice and clean and you will find there all you need.

The apartment is as central as you can get, at the foot of the Vatican museum, close to the subway and the routes of several bus and tram lines passing the Piazza del Risorgimento. Despite this, at night you hear no noise and it would be hard to be as central and as quiet not just in Rome but in any European capital. The apartment is on the top floor and is full of light. An elevator opens three meters from the door and takes you to the building entrance located in a courtyard twenty meters from the street.

There are several restaurants and a couple of small supermarkets close by, and a large street market a few blocks away where food stands have a good variety of good quality fruit, vegetables, meat and fish. This will move soon into a newly built covered market bringing it even closer.

The apartment itself is functional and agreeable, restored not too long ago. It is in good condition and clean. It makes a good base for a visit to Rome and combines good value with no surprises."
