70sq.mts apartment + 30 sq.mts terrace, set on the 4th floor with elevator is composed of:

With queen size bed, bedside table, 3 wardrobe, chest of drawers, library, AC split, 2 windows leading to balcony;
BATHROOM
with bathub, shower fix, bidet wc, sink, washing machine ( completely renovated in August 2012).

The apartment is well located, roomy and ideal for a couple. We found it well appointed and met all of our needs. Everything worked very well from the elevator through to the washing machine. The building is secure and in a safe and busy area. We have stayed here before and hope to stay again. We were met by Iryna as arranged and provided with all the information we needed and her contact details just in case. We had a great stay and only wished it had been longer.

We were very happy with everything the apartment has to offer and with Cities References allowing us to leave our luggage a little early at the apartment whilst cleaning was taking place. I would mention that the available plates and bowels are far greater than required. Once again we enjoyed our stay at this apartment and hope to return in several years, we and have no hesitation in recommending Cities Reference and Claudia's apartment. Thank you.

We found the lounge/fold out bed a bit uncomfortable to sit on as the cushions want to slide off.
we were very satisfied with everything else. We would recommend the apartment. We are planning to return to Rome in 2 years, hopefully this apartment will be available as it will be our first choice.

If the bed were upgraded I would have siad 5 stars.
Logistics very easy. Terrace, excellent. Living room excellent. Kitchen had all we needed. Bath room very good, and great to have a tub. Double bed was ok, but a better mattress would be my fisrt suggestion as to an imporvement.
I would rent this appartment again if I were looking in that part of Rome. The terrace felt very private, even though you are looking at other apartments. Lots of light and we could see the dome of a church. The other two small balconies were great for drying clothes.

#348b era bella come sempre. Ci troviamo lì molto bene.
Dopo un giorno con lavori al system del gas la doccia era solo fredda. Abbiamo avvisato questo, sono venuti esperti per il fornitore del Gas sul balconetto e poi la doccia funzionava - ma in modo "intermittente", significa: La doccia calda cominava, poi per 5 minuti secondi fredda, poi calda e cosi va. Del resto tutto a posto - grazie.
Pensiamo per il prossimo soggiorno in aprile 2016.

Es wird Zeit, dass auch einmal eine Bewertung auf deutsch erscheint. Wir haben schon mehrmals mit cities reference ein Appartment gebucht und waren stets vollauf zufrieden. Diesmal allerdings war es ein besonderes Erlebnis: Ganz zentral, 5 min zur piazza del popolo und Metro, wenige Minuten mehr zur piazza di spagna, ruhig im 4. Stock mit bequemem Lift. Sehr geraeumig für zwei Leute, hell, mit großer Terasse - nachmittags im Schatten. Was will man noch mehr? Wir jedenfalls nicht. Ausgestattet mit allem noetigen, wichtig ist, zu bemerken, dass auch alles funktionierte - nicht ganz selbstverständlich für Italien. Im Schlafzimmer eine Riesenbibliothek der Besitzerin, die keinen Wunsch nach unterhaltsamer und bildender Lektuere offen laesst. Kurzum - seinen Preis wert - deshalb haben wir schon fürs nächste Jahr gebucht.

Have previously stayed at this apartment. We were not disappointed with our return. There was a minor problem with lighting in the kitchen, but I guess that is a sign that the kitchen is rarely used to prepare evening meals. Other than that minor issue, should we again get the opportunity to return to Rome we would have no hesitation with booking this apartment again. The apartment contact "Enzo" was very helpful.

I have just reviewed the apartment where we stayed and which proved an excellent choice. In choosing where to stay in Rome we were also influenced by reviews of the many different agencies who offer apartments and we chose yours because of the good reviews. These were well justified and we thought the description of the apartment on the website was absolutely accurate and the photographs realistic. We also thought your service was excellent. All my emails were responded to very quickly and the arrangements for accessing the apartment went very smoothly. I would like to write a review of your services - can you advise which website I can use for this? I don't have a facebook account but I do quite a lot of reviewing for tripadvisor.

The description on the website was absolutely accurate and the pictures also give a true impression of the apartment. We chose it for its location which is excellent - 5 minutes walk to Piazza del Popolo and Flaminio metro station and about 10 minutes to Spagna. Buses too are good. The apartment is spacious and we were particularly pleased to find that it was very light and airy being on the 4th (top) floor with a lift. We enjoyed breakfast and lunch in the sunshine on the terrace overlooking the Rome rooftops. It is very well equipped and we were surprised and pleased to find condiments, cleaning materials etc in the cupboards. It was reassuring to have a contact phone for any problems although happily we had none. It felt very much as if we were staying in a friend's apartment rather than an anonymous letting. Friends who live in Italy who came to visit were most impressed and we certainly would have liked to stay longer than our 3 weeks.

Hi Paola and Claudia, we had such a fabulous trip to Roma! The apartment was the best....just perfect. The location could not have been better. It was so quiet, the view fabulous and the bedroom wonderful with a comfortable bed. Thank you both for all you help.

The Description of the apartment is accurate. We were very happy with all it offered. The location is excellent and a very safe neighborhood. Very easy to access the Metro and easier to find a good place to eat. At night time it is very quiet. The balcony is very handy and in shade during the afternoon. If we get the chance to return to Rome we would stay here again.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Rom und werden gern bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Rom bei Roman Reference buchen.
Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, deren Einrichtung unserem Geschmack entspricht. (Nur die WC-Spülung ist problematisch.)

Excellent.Thank you! We had an excellent stay in your apartment! We have striped the bed and put the bath towels in the washing machine. We had a bit of trouble with the electricity on Thursday night but worked it out! Also the toilet blocked up last night.

This apartment is comfortable and exquisite! The terraces are sunny, and add considerable space. The purple kitchen was a favorite of mine, and allowed me to cook, and to feel that I lived in Rome. The only thing I would add is a fan for the bedroom for the summer months. The next time I visit Rome, I would like to stay in this wonderful and elegant apartment.

My husband and I stayed in this apartment for our honey moon and it was delightful! The location is superb with all the shops and restaurants just downstairs. The flat is extremely quiet at all times. The only sound that is heard at night, strangely enough, is the calling of seagulls! The flat has a terrace which makes the place really special, it overlooks the Roman rooftops and is great for romantic dinners! Thank you!
