This is the apartment you want in a chaotic city. The apartment is more spacious than the average unit, especially considering you are about 5 min walk from both Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. The host does a great job of communicating with you, and this is a great place to come and relax after a long day of walking and sight seeing……reserve now!!!! ;)

This place was perfect for our family of three visiting Rome for a week. The location for us was the best part, as it is super close to John Cabot University and we were visiting our eldest child there. The apartment itself has tons of character and is very comfortable. It is in a nice neighborhood, close lots of great restaurants and cafes and was not far from Vatican City. Check in was easy as a staff member met us at the apartment, and the A/C was a relief as it was super hot during our stay. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Great location, spacious apartment and an amazing host. The apartment was well equipped for a family of 6. Minor issues: the couches covers could be replaced and the apartment has an upper floor studio with a terrace but we didn’t use it because the stairs are steep and inconvenient to bring up laundry or your breakfast (the rest of the apartment is spacious so you don’t really need the upper part) Overall a great stay in the heart of Rome ❤️

We had a great stay. Another minor issue- there was a smell of sewage from the shower room in some of the days Anyway thank you very much We hope to come back and visit the eternal city and stay again at the apartment as a great home base Jonathan

We loved our stay! This home is even better than the photos. The description is accurate, the host was warm and welcoming and even left us some food which was wonderful. The location is very central and walkable and felt safe. The AC works great and we appreciated having laundry too. The decks are amazing. You have to be ok with the tiny spiral stairs to book this place and access the upper floor and deck. My family of four with two teenagers absolutely loved our stay and dream of coming back one day.

The location and the apartment are perfect, very comfortable, beautifully decorated, close to everything but set slightly off the beaten path so all the vibrancy of Trastevere is near but none of the chaos. The bathroom, living area and bedroom are lovely, and the kitchen area though small is very efficient. When I needed something and asked, the staff helped me the next day. I would love to stay here again.

I stayed at this apartment for about a month and I had a wonderful time! Guglielmo and Iryna were very helpful and responsive, and kept in touch with me throughout my stay to ensure everything went smoothly. The apartment is beautiful and larger than the photos, with a lovely view of Basilica Papale di Santa Maria Maggiore. The location is great, in an easily walkable area and close to bus stops and metro stations. Outside there is often a street market where you can buy produce, meat, cheese, and souvenirs. There are also tons of nearby restaurants and a grocery store just down the road- plus a phenomenal gelato place just around the corner!

The location is excellent, with easy walking to nearly every major attraction in Rome. There are public transportation options nearby, as well as taxi stations. Our host was very accommodating and quick to respond. He was extremely kind and understanding about our transportation delays. Highly recommend staying here!

Our family of five enjoyed the space. Location was very convenient and had the bonus of a small “farmers market” right around rhe corner for great fruits and vegetables. We were there in late June and temps 90’s (F), overall unit was able to stay cool with AC but the bedroom with two single beds does not have dedicated AC (it relies on the AC unit in the adjoining living room).

Guglielmo’s home was very comfortable, easy to get to, on a quiet street but not to far from the hustle and bustle of the city. We felt right at home, and really appreciated our hosts responsiveness and hospitality. Totally worth what we paid and also would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay here for 6 days with our family of 6. The apartment was great with a ton of space for us to wind down. The apartment is in a GREAT location in Rome very close to Piazza Navona and many restaurants. It is on a very quiet street and we never heard any outside noise. The apartment is several stories up with 67 steps which was fine for us because we have no mobility problems. The host was extremely receptive to our needs and very accommodating which we very much appreciated. We would stay here again.

We very much appreciate you helping with removal of the dry plants and potpourri, as well as working to clean the shower and bathroom. The furniture covers in the living area might be due for cleaning or washing, but we very much enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay again.

We really loved staying at Guglielmo’s place! Coming off a long flight, and being able to check in earlier was a god send when you have a cranky, sleep deprived toddler. The apartment was lovely and spacious. The terrace was wonderful to sun bath. Location was great being walkable to the Pantheon and Piazzo Navona. We had a wonderful time! Guglielmo met us upon arrival, showed us around the apartment, answered all of our questions, including operating of appliances and where to take out recycling and garbage. He had recommendations for local dining. Apartment has a wonderful porch, great cross ventilation, and is perfectly located in the quieter part of Trastevere, with easy access to transportation. The apartment is quirky with a genuine vintage feel. The internal staircase was a bit tricky so guests should be aware of that, but all was as advertised and lovely. Would happily stay here again!

Only recommendation is that you put a contrast color edging on the internal stairs, and/or install a motion detecting light so the stairs are visible at night. Some kind of shower caddy in the shower would be immensely helpful -- especially since shower stall is so tight, which makes retrieving toiletries from the floor challenging. Also, additional toilet paper would be welcome. we greatly appreciated your meeting us and showing us around -- that makes a huge difference.

Respecto a las escaleras, son todas estilo caracol, para nosotros no fue un problema, pero para personas mayores o con carro de bebé puede ser difícil.

This apartment was in an amazing location. lots of shops, restaurants, and churches right outside your door. and a short walk to all the major spots: Vatican, Colosseum, Pantheon, etc. this town is very lively at night, but we had no issues with noises keeping us awake or disturbing us while we worked. the glass porch was nice for watching the cat sneaking around! and the Internet is some of the best we've had in a while!

Our only 'complaint' is that the bed slats kept falling down when we would lay down, so we had to fix it every night. I think it needs to be tightened better. we tried to make due with what we had, but it only worked for a night, then it fell apart again. everything else was fine!

This apartment was beautiful, clean, and in the quiet area of Trastevere! The host personally met us at the apartment and showed us around and was very flexible about our arrival time. The apartment is in an ideal location away from the bustle but close to the center. Our stay was very comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed. Would stay here again for sure!!

Location practically in the heart of Trastevere, very close to the activities but also own, private, calm little yard. Fresh, clean linen and towels, clean apartment and really good instruction on how to get in and how to use everything in the apartment. Really polite and fast communication with Guglielmo in every step of our stay. Great place to stay!

The location of the place was excellent—central and convenient for exploring Rome. The host was responsive and friendly, which we really appreciated. However, upon arrival, we noticed a strong, overwhelming smell of mold throughout the space. Unfortunately, there was visible mold as well, which made it impossible for us to stay due to health concerns. We had to cancel our stay on the first day. It’s a shame because everything else seemed promising, but the air quality and mold issue need to be addressed for future guests.

Thank you for being responsive and welcoming. Unfortunately, we had to cut our stay short due to a strong smell of mold and visible signs of it in the apartment. It was quite overwhelming and raised health concerns. We recommend thoroughly addressing the mold issue to improve the comfort and safety for future guests, as the location and your hospitality were otherwise great.

Location is top, you can’t beat it. Great communication and flawless check in. The place is unique, perfect for two. Balcony is charming, we spent lots of time there. It felt save and extremely close to Piazza Navona, and honestly everything else. One sink had a leak but since we had 2 we used the other one and didn’t bother and didn’t notify owner immediately ether. Shower for second person is not to hot so be fast;). Overall it was great and I’d stay there again.

This is the best apartment I have stayed in Rome. It is centrally located on a quiet street near the Campo de Fiori. It is on the 5th floor and faces an inner courtyard so is very private and quiet. It is perfect for 1-2 people. Guglielmo was very helpful and responded to my questions right away. I give it my highest rating.
