L'host era estremamente cortese e reattivo, sempre pronto ad aiutare. L'appartamento davvero carino, con un bel terrazzo con vista sui tetti del centro.

Forse non adatto a famiglie con bambini.

Votre appartement est très bien situé et calme en ne donnant pas directement sur la rue.
Cependant, la photo est assez mensongère puisque qu’il n’est pas sur le côté gauche de la cour bien propre et entretenu. Votre façade est en bien moins bon état , il est très sombre et les fenêtres ferment mal. D’autres parts , il y a 2 problèmes majeurs. Dans la salle de bain la chasse d’eau des toilettes et excessivement bruyante et il n’y a pas beaucoup d’eau qui coule à la douche. Dans le séjour le canapé lit est très inconfortable et l’installation électrique est dangereuse au niveau des 4 prises. Quand nous avons voulu brancher un chargeur de téléphone sur la prise du bas, il y a eu des étincelles et tout a disjoncté !!!! Heureusement que nous avons pu remettre le disjoncteur !
Dernier point, nous sommes arrivés à 22h et Irina nous a fait payé 30€ au lieu des 20€ prévu jusqu’à 22h30 . Ce n’est pas grave, mais ce n’est pas très honnête non plus.
Tout ceci étant dit, nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Rome , mais je ne recommanderais pas votre appartement si vous n’arrangez pas les choses qui ne vont pas.

Guglielmo was a fantastic host, helped us with an issue involving the wifi despite being away, he definitely deserves 5 stars. Only issue we had was with the cleanliness of the Airbnb being below expectations. There were stains on some of the furniture and drapes, noticeable dust bunnies hanging from the radiators and the shower head had nothing to attach it to the wall meaning we had to hold it while showering.

Host was fantastic! Guglielmo was very friendly and recommended several restaurants as well as provided instructions where to deposits trash. Airbnb could use a thorough cleaning and some repairs however.

Thank you Aaron, you've been very nice guests, I'm sorry about those issues, we're working on it. This apartment has some issues and we may have to discontinue it if we keep getting bad reviews. About 80% of its guests are enthusiastic about its location and quietness, some keep coming back year on year. Others, like you, don't like it and I can't blame you. It's on the ground floor and kind of dark and humid. There is no solution to that unless you turn on the AC/dehumidifier or the heating. Also, the owner is a bit shabby and things like the shower (that we now fixed) get longer than expected to be fixed and some of the cleaning that the agency doesn't cover and the owner should do also take time. We'll be on it and if we don't succeed we'll just discontinue this apartment.

Very central location. Short walk to Pantheon, Piazza Navona, a taxi stand and lots of restaurants. Relatively quiet given it is close to a lot of busy areas. Several flights of stairs to climb to get to the apartment. Responsive hosts. We were very comfortable with a group of 4.

Fantastic location in Rome! Great stay. Right around the corner from a taxi stand. Tons of restaurants nearby. Very walkable and easy to get around. Kitchen is well stocked and the grocery store is only a few blocks away. Would recommend to anyone considering staying here. Very very spacious apartment. Really nice to have so much space right in the city. If you are staying here I would suggest to pack in carry on size luggages/bags since it is challenging to bring heavier bags up 3 flights of stairs. If you arrive early msg the host as they may be able to accommodate bag storage/early check in. This was so helpful for us as we had come from a cruise.

We have only small feedback We had asked Iryna for how to arrange a large taxi to the airport but she had only suggested the taxi stand which is hard because we are too many bags for 1 taxi. We ended up using Cab Shuttle Taxi - Roma right behind you on the map and they were great. 80 euros. https://cabshuttletaxi.com/contatti/ You may consider having a partnership with them for referrals. This might seem funny but we don't have gates at the front of apartments in Canada and we did not realize till the last day that there was a button to open the gate. We were using the key. We only noticed when we saw someone press the button at the top of the stairs. Ask Iryna to show. You should talk to the neighbour about the dogs barking. I am afraid it will negatively affect your reviews. I did not mention it in the review but my dad and grandma were not happy about it. All the best!!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Wir wurden herzlich vor Ort begrüßt. Die Wohnung ist noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern und es war super sauber. Die Umgebung ist perfekt, um ein paar Tage in Rom zu verbringen. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es sehr ruhig. Restaurants sind schnell zu erreichen und das Viertel ist für mich das schönste in Rom. Wir sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß abgelaufen, es gibt aber auch Busse in der Nähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder! ☺️

Exceptional location, secluded and quiet. The architecture of the house is exceptionally beautiful, with a large, bright living room with kitchen, a large terrace, and a pool. We were traveling with our dog, who was welcome and allowed walks in the surrounding area.

The location was 5 Star. Close/walking distance to all major attractions. There are a lot of amenities out the front door, supermarket, restaurants, pharmacies, bars etc, The Manger, Guglielmo, was very professional and super helpful. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Overall, a great apartment, I highly recommend.

The apartment was as described...clean, well-equipped, well located.
As a solo traveller, I felt safe and comfortable for a month long stay. Guglielmo was especially helpful on arrival, explaining how everything worked, and where neighborhood conveniences were located. If you don't mind stairs, this apartment is a great option.

This was an amazing apartment. Sitting on the top balcony, eating breakfast and watching the sun rise over Rome, will be a highlight of our trip. Pascale our host was so kind and recommended lots of great restaurants. Our kids loved their room upstairs and our bed was very comfortable. The location is amazing- we could walk to all the main attractions. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend and happily return again! Guglielmo was the contact and was immediately responsive to any needs and questions. I can't recommend the location enough! Also, for being in such a busy area of Rome the place was extremely quiet since it is not near the front of the building and back behind the road a bit. It is small, but served all my needs well.

I had an amazing time during my stay! The apartment looks just like it does in the pictures. It's in a great location close to everything, so it's easy to find nearby stores and restaurants. The host was super responsive and made sure I had everything I needed. The cleanliness and little touches in the apartment really enhanced my experience. Guglielmo’s communication and hospitality was incredible. We throughly enjoyed our stay here. If you’re looking for a place to rest by the pool and enjoy beautiful views, this is an ideal place to spend your time in Sicily. We enjoyed a sunset dinner on the roof top. A variety of Cooking facilities are available & bbq outside. All the details are taken care of and it felt like a home away from home. Great location to access nature reserves, beaches & we enjoyed a nice dinners in both Noto and Marzamemi.

Yes we organized a very nice dinner with the other guests on the roof top. What a nice couple.

We replaced the coals we used for the bbq, rubbish was sorted throughly & left in the inside bins we tired a few of the bags up But it’s organized ready for removal.

Had a wonderful time, place is really in the middle of everything and a bunch of great restaurants just downstairs. Enjoyed the patios with a glass of wine before dinner each night. Stairs to apt and to upper floor adds character but will be tough with a family with a lot of big luggage. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was a very nice size and felt very open with plenty of bedrooms. We were allowed to leave our luggage early, which was a huge help. Most importantly, the apartment is in the perfect location. It was right next to the pantheon and, easy to get to a number of bars, restaurants, and shops. If we are in Rome again, we would definitely stay in this apartment. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Amazing experience! I would gladly stay again.
PRO: Location can’t be beat. Minutes away by foot from Piazza Navona, seconds away from delicious bars and restaurants. Met some great people & had a blast! Balcony has an amazing view and seating area. My daily ritual by morning and night. A/C in both rooms, works great & a must for a summer visit to Rome. Guglielmo is communicative and proactive for easy, smooth check-in. Iryna helped me with keys upon arrival, and Guglielmo also arranged for a runner to come carry my suitcase up the stairs for 30€.
CON For 10am checkout, the cleaner entered the apartment with his own key at 9:50am which was annoying. 10am is already hard enough, and check-in is 3pm — this leaves 5 hours for a clean. No need to come early. I felt rushed. The shower floor is metal with holes (for drainage) and was uncomfortable. The bathroom sink drains very slowly, and the toilet needs ~15-20 minutes at times to properly flush again.
