Luxurious and very comfortable two-bedroom apartment on Dmochowkskiego Street next to Miechowska and Rozbrat Streets, approx. 2 km from the center of Warsaw. Located on a picturesque Powi?le district, it is a great residence for visiting Warsaw, relaxing and spending time actively. It is next to Warsaw Sports and Recreation Centre "Rozbrat", where you may find a swimming pool, air-conditioned gym, sauna, gymnasium and solarium.
On the other side of the street, there is a beautiful park of ??90ha, wherein a skatepark is located.
It is possible to eat a delicious breakfast in one of the numerous restaurants nearby.

The living room is a spacious room with dining area and it consists of kitchen furniture, two leather sofas, a TV set and a dining table with four chairs. Modern bathroom includes a shower, bathtub, sink and toilet, while the smaller bathroom has a toilet and sink. Kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, microwave. It all allows you to prepare your own meals. The apartment has also a set of pots, plates and cutlery. In one of the bedrooms, there is a large double bed, whilst in the other - 2 single bed are to be found.

- key pickup takes place at  4 Corazziego street ( office space no. 8 on the ground floor).
- check in is always after 16:00, and check out before 11:00
- we accept check-ins until 22:00, if arrival is after 22:00, previous contact is required
- check-in after 22:00 comes with additional fee of 30€ or 120PLN
Smoking and parties are forbidden.
Quiet hours from 10 pm until 6 am.
Security deposit paid upon the arrival.
