L'attico è di 7 minuti a piedi dalla metro Laurentina in un luogo tranquillo. Nella casa vivono una ragazza italiana con 2 gatti colti e piacevoli.

The flat comes with three bedrooms, each with heir own bathrooms, and a beautiful, large and fully equipped kitchen which will most certainly inspire you to do your best cooking. The available bedrooms are both colourful, bright and come neatly furnished to provide you with a comfortable stay. It might also be worth mentioning that there are two cats living in the apartment. The house is few minutes walk from the metro B Laurentina few minutes walk near IFAD ,Istituto di Vulcanologia very near with a public trasport to NATO and FAO , SAPIENZA and Università Roma Tre,in a quite place. In the house live 2 girls with 2 educated and nice cats. You can use the ensuitebedroom and the big kitchen , with 2 ovens ,microwave big fridge , table and chear and all that you need. There is no common living room. Near the house there are gym, supermarket, pharmacy and many shops. In the room you will find towels, sheets and bedding for the winter and gifts bath. Wi fi 24 Hours .
the rent is 220 eur weekly 40 daily and 600 montly. I rent for short or long time :)
