Situato al primo piano con ascensore, "Difronte ai musei Vaticani" dispone di 4 ampie camere ognuna con il proprio bagno, parquet in tutta casa, aria condizionata, tv color, internet wifi-free.
Lo spazio cucina è in comune e dotato di forno e frigo.Su richiesta è possibile organizzare transfer da e per le principali stazioni  e/o aereoporti della capitale.
