2 minuti a piedi da Piazza Vittorio, 10 min. a piedi da San Giovanni in Laterano e 15 minuti a piedi dal Colosseo, ben collegato con tutte le zone di Roma da tram, autobus e metropolitana, a 5 minuti a piedi dal treno che va all'aeroporto di Fiumicino;
appartamento di 35sq.mts. sito al piano terra, si compone di:
INGRESSO
con tavolo e 4 sedie;
CAMERA DA LETTO
con letto matrimoniale, comodino, armadio, 2 sedie, 1 poltrona letto singola, tv, aria condizionata e finestra;
CUCINA
con fornelli e forno a gas, frigorifero, forno a microonde, bollitore e finestra;
BAGNO
con doccia, bidet e finestra.
Riscaldamento autonomo, senza telefono, tv, a/c, portiere, forno a microonde. Mensile possibile. Sconto per 2 settimane o più.
NOTA BENE: il soggiorno minimo nel mese di agosto sarà di 5 notti.

Appartamento accogliente e centrale può ospitare fino a 3 persone, che godranno della libertà e della comodità di un alloggio privato nel pieno centro del quartiere dell’Esquilino, nel centro di Roma. Ubicato in un edificio dell’epoca Umbertina (XVIII secolo), offre rapido accesso a luoghi come il Colosseo, Piazza Venia o il Foro Imperiale, tra gli altri.
L’appartamento dispone di una camera doppia (con letto matrimoniale), cucina e bagno, soppalco abitabile con letto singolo. La cucina è completamente arredata con tutti gli utensili ed elettrodomestici (frigorifero, teiera e caffettiera), inoltre nell’appartamento troverete lenzuola ed asciugamani. Avrete a vostra disposizione informazioni turistiche e una mappa della città. Se viaggiate con bambini, questi ultimi dormiranno gratis se non occupano un letto. Il quartiere dell’Esquilino, dove si trova l’appartamento, è un quartiere molto centrale dotato di tutti i servizi. Troverai negozi e ristoranti ovunque. The price was not transparent: hidden costs of "city tax" that were not mentioned anywhere.
a very low standard of appartment for what we paid: faulty boiler and shower with no hot water. Bad smell all over. Many other hazards (see: kitchen). Unwashed bed covers.
We survived but just. And we wouldn't send there our worst enemy. AVOID!!!! It doesn't deserve any stars, but the site wouldn't submit my review until I select that rating.

Cheap in comparison to other places, but it comes at a price.
A shabby looking place with strange paint on the walls and even stranger kitchen and toilet area. I wasn't bothered by those though.
What bothered me most was the fact that the owner didn't highlight the fact that there are additional costs (city tax paid per day and multiplied by the number of people) that increased the price significantly. Apparently that information is somewhere there, where you can't see.
Neither a mention from them about the faulty shower and boiler that make it impossible to take a decent hot shower. Hot water is just dripping and if you try to turn it up, the water gets cold. Once the boiler broke down and we had to skip washing that day. The key holder is helpful but if you've got plans and limited time to enjoy the city, you shouldn't have to worry about preexisting issues and wait for them to be fixed.
The electric kettle is faulty too, but we boiled the water on the hob.
Good selection of blankets that have seen better days...
Overall, I would not repeat the experience. Not until the price is clear and transparent on the website, the boiler and shower fixed, blankets washed, because so far you get very little for the price you pay.

The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The owner welcomed us and the transaction went very smoothly. It is located in close proximity to termini which gives you easy bus access to any place in Rome and most importantly to the airport. We took the bus service to the airport and that saves you about 10 euros per person. We even met a couple of the neighbors in the building and they were very kind, gave us many tips for moving around Rome and assured us the neighborhood and building were both very safe at all times.
