Sulla strada tranquilla rue Berthe proprio lungo la strada dal Rue Lepic e il famoso negozio di Amélie Poulain. Oltre al suo fascino turistico e storico, il quartiere è particolarmente apprezzato per la sua atmosfera "villaggio" piena di gallerie tradizionali, negozi, bar e ristoranti che ne fanno una delle zone più vivaci e accoglienti di Parigi. Le Bateau Lavoir, che un tempo ospitava artisti famosi (Pablo Picasso, Henri Matisse, Georges Braque, Guillaume Apollinaire ...) e Place du Tertre, il centro del vecchio villaggio di Montmartre sono tutti nelle vicinanze. Il vostro soggiorno 200m dalla stazione della metropolitana Abbesses (linea 12). È possibile accedere alla Basilica del Sacro Cuore in 5 minuti: si trova a 300 metri. Lo studio si trova a pochi minuti a piedi da tutti i famosi siti di Montmartre (Moulin Rouge, Sacre Coeur, Place du Tertre, Café des 2 Moulins, Pigalle, Rue Lepic, ...) e dai mezzi pubblici (a soli 5 minuti dalla metro Abbesses o metropolitana Pigalle). Sarete in grado di raggiungere gli Champs Elysées in 15 minuti, e il museo del Louvre in 25 minuti. Disposizione monolocale di 16 mq appena ristrutturato. È composto da un soggiorno con cucina. Nel salone si trova un tavolo pieghevole con sedie, divano letto e armadio a muro. Ci sono anche TV / microonde / macchina per il caffè / caldaia / tostapane / frigo / ferro e tavolo in ferro / asciugacapelli. Bagno ben arredato comprende box doccia, lavandino, toilette e uno specchio. Per ragioni di comodità, il letto convertibile è nuovo di zecca e la cucina e il bagno sono moderne. TV via cavo, Wifi, chiamate gratuite internazionali sono incluse nel prezzo. Questo appartamento è molto silenzioso, molto ben posizionato e si rivolge a tutti gli amanti di Parigi. Facendo del mio meglio per gli ospiti di sentirsi a proprio agio dal primo fino all'ultimo giorno del loro viaggio, il tempo di check- in e il check-out è flessibile e si è discusso con ogni turista individualmente. L'importo del deposito è di 100 euro, i turisti pagano esso al giorno di arrivo e ottenere indietro il giorno del loro check-out se l'appartamento viene restituito nello stesso stato in cui è stato il giorno del check-in. Me o mio marito abbiamo sempre incontrare e salutare i nostri ospiti personalmente. Se hanno bisogno i nostri clienti possiamo fornire con una seconda chiave dell'appartamento. Come raggiungere l'appartamento: ffrom aeroporti CDG, ORLY o la stazione Gare du Nord: dagli aeroporti di Charles de Gaulle e Orly dovete prendere la RER B. All'aeroporto di Orly dovete prendere un autobus che porta alla stazione RER B Denfert Rochereau. Poi ci si ferma alla Gare du Nord. Alla Gare du Nord si prende la linea 4 con la direzione "Porte de Clignancourt" e scendete a "Marcadet Poissonniers". E 'la terza stazione sulla strada dalla Gare du Nord. A "Marcadet Poissonniers" è necessario cambiare treno e prendere la linea 12 (direzione - "Mairie d'Issy") e scendere alla fermata Abbesses (è la terza stazione da "Marcadet Poissonniers"). Ti fermi a Abbesses. Dalla stazione di Montparnasse prendete la metropolitana linea 12 (direzione - Aubervilliers). Ti fermi a Abbesses. A Abbesses dovete prendere l'ascensore, perché se si sceglie le scale si dovrà andare al piano di sopra 135 m. Abbesse è la stazione più profonda di Parigi perche` si trova quasi sulla cima della collina di Montmartre. Dopo aver salire le scale della stazione Abbesses si cammina su rue des Abbesses, poi si gira a destra in rue Ravignan, si sale, alla fine di questa strada si gira ancora a destra in rue des trois Frères, poi la prima svolta a sinistra su rue Androuet, che è molto breve, 10 passi e si è sulla rue Berthe.      In the heart of Montmartre you will discover that lovely little studio for 2 persons, which is located midway between the neighbourhoods of Pigalle and Abbesses. On the calm street rue Berthe just down the road from the Rue Lepic and the famous shop of Amélie Poulain. In addition to its touristic and historic appeal, the neighbourhood is particularly appreciated for its “village” atmosphere full of traditional galleries, shops, bars and restaurants that make it one of the liveliest and friendliest areas of Paris. Le Bateau Lavoir, which once hosted famous artists (Pablo Picasso, Henri Matisse, Georges Braque, Guillaume Apollinaire ...) and Place du Tertre, the center of the old village of Montmartre are all nearby.
    You will stay 200m far from the metro station Abbesses (line 12). You can access to the Sacré Coeur in 5 minutes: it is located at 300 meters. The studio is a few minutes by walk from all the famous Montmartre sites (Moulin Rouge, Sacré Coeur, Place du Tertre, Café des 2 Moulins, Pigalle, rue Lepic, …) and from the public transports (only 5 minutes far from metro Abbesses or metro Pigalle). You will be able to reach the Champs Elysées in 15 minutes, and the Louvres museum in 25 minutes.
     Arrangement studio of 16 m² just renovated. It comprises a lounge with a kitchen. In the lounge you will find a folding table with chairs, convertible sofa and built-in wardrobe. There are also TV / microwave/coffee machine/kettle/toaster/fridge/iron with iron table/ hair dryer. Nicely decorated bathroom includes shower cubicle, sink, toilette and a mirror. For comfort reasons, the convertible bed is brand new and the kitchen and bathroom are modern. Cable TV, Wifi, International free callings are included in the price. This apartment is very quiet, very well located and will appeal to all lovers of Paris.
     Doing my best for guests to feel comfortable from the first until the last day of their trip, the time for check- in and check-out is flexible and it is discussed with each tourist individually.
     The amount of the deposit is 100 euro, tourists pay it at the arrival day and get it back on the day of their check-out if the apartment is given back in the same state as it was on the day of check-in.
     Me or my husband we always meet and say goodbye to our guests personally.
     If our guests need we can provide them with a second key of the apartment.

     How to get to the apartment:
Ffrom airports CDG, ORLY or station Gare du Nord: from airports CDG and Orly you have to take RER B. At Orly airport you have to take a bus which brings you to the station RER B Denfert Rochereau. Then you stop at Gare du Nord. At Gare du Nord you take line 4 with the direction "Porte de Clignancourt" and you get off at "Marcadet Poissonniers". It is the third station on your way from Gare du Nord. At "Marcadet Poissonniers" you have to change the train and take Line 12 (direction - "Mairie d'Issy") and get off at Abbesses (it is the third station from "Marcadet Poissonniers").

After you climb the stairs of the station Abbesses you walk up on rue des Abbesses, then you turn right on rue Ravignan, you go up, at the end of this street you turn right again on rue des trois Frères, then first turn left on rue Androuet, which is very short, 10 steps and you are on rue Berthe.
