Walk in to a spacious living room with a freestanding gas fireplace and a built-in BlueRay w/monitor. An open kitchen/dining area with an adjoining laundry cubby easily accommodates up to four guests. The 1st floor also features 1-bedroom with one queen bed, and 1-full bath.
