Apartment perfect for long stays, as well as short-term accommodation. The apartment comes also with parking space in the underground garage.

The lcoation is great: public transport to the city center, the Warsaw Old Town is just on the other side of the river, only 2 tram stops to the National Stadium, convenient access to the Chopin Airport. Old Praga (Star Praga) is a district that has become increasingly popular and is often visited by tourists. There are numerous galleries and clubs, for example Soho Factory, the Wedel chocolate factory, as well as cafes and restaurants.

- key pickup takes place at  4 Corazziego street ( office space no. 8 on the ground floor).
- check in is always after 16:00, and check out before 11:00
- we accept check-ins until 22:00, if arrival is after 22:00, previous contact is required
- check-in after 22:00 comes with additional fee of 30€ or 120PLN
Smoking and parties are forbidden.
Quiet hours from 10 pm until 6 am.
Security deposit paid upon the arrival.
