This beautiful 2-story, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths cedar chalet offers spectacular views of Silver Lake. The exterior features a large wraparound deck with a gas grill and a private outdoor hot tub. The plan interior includes a half bath, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a large living / dining room with a sofa bed, a wood burning fireplace, (firewood provided) and cathedral ceilings with large glass surfaces. In addition, there is a bedroom with its own private entrance, 1 king, a gas fireplace independent, and an adjoining 3/4-bath. The second floor has a bedroom with two queen-bed, a room with one king bed, and an adjoining 3/4-bath. This pet-friendly accommodation offers stunning views, and will sleep 8-10-people (forced Maximum occupancy) .Please NOTE: This holiday house is located on a rural road not improved that is not maintained by the county. Impassivity while uncommon, Winter Guests are strongly advised to prepare accordingly, using vehicles with 4-wheel drive / four-wheel drive. No warranties are expressed or implied regarding the conditions of the road, and no refunds are provided for circumstances beyond our control.Upon get a reservation, Guest acknowledges that a booking deposit of 50% of the total cost, including tax, It is required to reserve a vacation home, and that for regular reservations, the balance is due in full 14 days before the date of arrival of our Guest, and automatically charged to our credit card / debit guests to two -data expected, and that for bookings of holidays from 15 December until 4 January, the balance is due in full and automatically charged to the credit card / debit our Guest on 1 December. For legal and accounting, the person placing the reservation must be one in the same holder of the credit card / debit card, and that this person is considered to be the Guest. All other people involved with the opportunity to lease are considered invited customer, and all reservations, the cancellation, and policies regarding damages discussion will be discussed with the Guest, not invitees.Reservations the guests are subject to a minimum stay of 2 nights during regular periods and a minimum stay of 3 nights during holiday periods and special events. The person making the reservation must be at least 23 years of age, ID required at check-in. If the cancellation is received 21 days or more before arrival we will gladly refund your reservation payment, unless the Cities Reference service fee charged at the time of booking, and our cancellation fee of $ 65 or 8% (the whichever is greater). 20 through 15 days will forfeit 50% of the booking fee, plus tax Cities Service Reference charged at time of booking, unless the house (s) can be re-rented, then only the Cities Reference service fee charged time of booking, and our cancellation fee of $ 65 or 8% (whichever is greater) applies. If canceled 14 days or less will forfeit full payment unless the home (s) can be re-rented.After booking, please contact us to make a request for agreement on-line and send it to us. We must receive this form agreement to complete your reservation.Guests check-in at our office in Maple Falls to pick up the keys, and we are available 7 days a week, or if guests need concerns.No more than two animals Domestic house (if pets). We do not charge a pet ownership deposit.All are not smoking.All rates, fees and policies are subject to change without noticeUpon making a reservation, guests are sent via e-mail (hard copy is available on request) a confirmation document that includes an attached file in PDF format with directions to our office, directions to the house for the holidays, the number of emergency after midnight phone to our office, the phone number for the house for the holidays, the access code for the door (if the holiday home is located in one of the gated communities ... except Snowater), the procedures for check out, our pets policy (if the holiday home is pet friendly) , rules and Community regulations, and other important information. You'll want to pass this information to all members of your party that you may arrive separately. DO NOT MISS THESE ARTICLES! Upon arrival at our facility, we are able to deliver up to 2-set of keys (and passes the gate, if applicable) for each property. PLEASE Plan ahead.

Chalet 7: This gorgeous 2-story, 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath cedar chalet offers spectacular views of Silver Lake. The exterior features a large wraparound deck with a gas grill and a private outdoor hot tub. The interior floor plan includes a half bath, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a large living/dining area with a hide-a-bed, a wood burning fireplace, (firewood provided) and cathedral ceilings with expansive window areas. Also, there is one bedroom with its own private entrance, 1-king bed, a freestanding gas fireplace, and an adjoining 3/4-bath.  The second floor features one bedroom with 2-queen beds, another bedroom with 1-king bed, and an adjoining 3/4-bath. This pet-friendly vacation property offers breathtaking views, and will sleep 8 to 10-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy).

PLEASE NOTE: This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to be mindful of neighboring residences, and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitees actions, and would be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately.

PLEASE NOTE:  This rural vacation home is located on an unimproved road that is not maintained by the county.  While impassibility is infrequent, Winter Guests are strongly advised to prepare accordingly by utilizing 4-wheel/all-wheel drive vehicles.  No guarantees are expressed nor implied regarding road conditions, and refunds are not provided for circumstances that are beyond our control.
