It has air conditioning over the French windows so it is very airy .
Being in the city center and in a limited traffic area , there is a chance to stop in the house for loading and unloading and the ability to have a pass to park.
The initial and final cleaning are included in the price.
The property is 15 minutes' walk from the railway station of Lecce , about 800 meters from Piazza del Duomo, just a 2 -minute walk from the basilica of Santa Croce.
