This deluxe 2-story, 2-bedroom, beautifully decorated townhouse style condo is a great place for 4!  The 1st floor features one bedroom with 1- king-sized bed and 1-full bath, a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, and an open living/dining area with a wood burning fireplace (firewood NOT provided), plus a small balcony overlooking the common area. The 2nd floor features a loft master bedroom with 2 full-sized beds, 1-full bath, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer. This wifi equipped and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River which runs on 3 sides of the property.  At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free wifi, a pool table, ping pong table and a separate toddler play room. The grounds have bbq/picnic areas as well as a children’s play structure and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.

The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round! 

PLEASE NOTE:  WIFI service is now available to our area, and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use.  Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in.  Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WIFI SERVICE fails to function properly.

In addition to weekly rates, Mt. Baker Lodging offers nightly seasonal pricing, with a 2-night minimum stay for Regular season and a 3-night minimum stay for Holidays, Christmas, New Years.  There is a one -time exist cleaning fee of $136. Posted rates include local taxes and fees and subject to change.
