The top room is a loft with two huge rooms that connect with each other. It will be suitable for 2 or 3 people, with a king size bed and one single bed. The room contains also its own kitchen with a living room area and a private bathroom.The room enjoys a direct access to the terrace.

The house is a gorgeous renovated French palais with a beautiful roof terrace and a vintage decorated restaurant on the ground floor. 

The place is right in heart of the hip and trendy neighbourhood of Palermo Hollywood and in the corner of their most picturesque streets. Palermo Hollywood is a safe neighborhood, with continuous surveillance and sparkling nightlife. 
There is a resto bar downstairs that is a gem in this district. One with good prices, nice vibe, great music, delicious food and very kind people. It is one of those bars that you find from time in time find in some city around the world, for us its the best place to get an energizing breakfast, lunch or dinner. 

There are 4 beautiful and unique rooms with a vintage décor. They all have high ceilings and nice decorative details, its own private bathroom, air conditioner hot/cold, free wifi, a wireless phone, TV LCD 32 with cable and a water heater.

This is a shared house, common courtesy is appreciated. Quiet hours are from 10pm - 9am on weekdays and from 12am - 9am on weekends. Please be respectful of the other people you're sharing the space with. Check out 11 am. We have a place for you to leave your bags until the room is ready or until the time. You need to check out. If you need an early or late check-in, there is a $15 USD fee There’s not kitchen as there is a resto bar in the ground floor where you can get a cocktail , natural juices or a meal .
