This luxurious apartment is quite unique due to its palace style combined with modernity. The apartment is located in the heart of Warsaw - at Warecka Street, right by the Nowy Swiat and Krakowskie Przedmiescie Streets, in the vicinity of the main office of the Polish National Bank and the Hotel GROMADA Center.
The apartment consists of a bedroom, a huge living room with large dining table, a separate kitchen and two bathrooms. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor in the Wedegis building from the 1911's built in the modernist style of Art Nouveau. There is an elevator.

Equipment:

Living room: dining table with chairs, fireplace, sofa bed, two fold out chairs, TV, coffee table.
Bedroom: bed 140x200, TV.
Bathroom 1: shower, sink, toilet, bidet.
Bathroom 2: toilet, wash basin.

The service includes bed linen, towels and basic toiletries.

- key pickup takes place at  4 Corazziego street ( office space no. 8 on the ground floor).
- check in is always after 16:00, and check out before 11:00
- we accept check-ins until 22:00, if arrival is after 22:00, previous contact is required
- check-in after 22:00 comes with additional fee of 30€ or 120PLN
Smoking and parties are forbidden.
Quiet hours from 10 pm until 6 am.
Security deposit paid upon the arrival.
