Siamo stati ospiti da Guglielmo nella prima settimana di settembre. luogo incantevole !! l abitazione è a pochi minuti dalle spiagge di san lorenzo quindi ideale per passare delle giornate al mare che possono continuare a casa grazie alla piscina privata immersa nel verde. Guglielmo é stato un host perfetto e non ci ha fatto mancare nulla. Sicuramente torneremo nuovamente ad essere ospiti in questa meravigliosa oasi

Clean, spacious, comfortable flat in a great location in Rome, walkable to lots of the main tourist attractions and lots of good restaurants and bars nearby. Small Carrefour supermarket five minutes away by foot. Guglielmo met us at the flat and talked through everything, very helpful and friendly. Worth knowing the flat is on the third floor with no lift, so three flights of steps to access.

Viviana's place was super spacious and comfortable. We made great use of the rooftop patio in the evening. Just a few minutes from the Pantheon and tons of places with great food. A perfect and central place for visiting Rome.

The apartment was exactly as described. The location was wonderful and close to many sites. Guglielmo was extremely responsive and it was a great experience overall. Small details like a farmers market literally 30 seconds away from the apartment, "hidden" rooftop as a peaceful retreat and more made the stay memorable.

The stay was great, thanks for having us. Only thing I would note is the shower drain was clogged and filled immediately. That said, the place was great, we had a very nice time.

Emplacement parfait : quartier animé. Tout à proximité, possibilité de tout visiter à pied. Appartement bien équipé, agréable et calme permettant de profiter de l'extérieur(avec ses 2 terrasses). Notre hôte a été très accueillante, disponible et réactive faisant tout pour rendre le séjour agréable. On recommande vivement.

The place is as described and shown in photos. Very well maintained and extremely clean. The hosts are very responsive and super helpful. The house was well stocked with all amenities and even had a welcome wine bottle and coffee, milk, breakfast items etc to munch on. The location is excellent as it’s extremely safe and walking distance to Spanish steps, piazza Navona and Fontana de Trevi. The hosts are very helpful and went out of their way to help us with luggage and arranging a taxi for us on checkout. The only caveat is the stairs that you have to climb to get to the apartment. It’s a very small staircase with around 55 steps to climb and if you have a big suitcase, it’s tricky to move it up the stairs.

We enjoyed our stay and would like to thank you for helping us out with the checkout/ luggage and arranging a taxi for us to the train station.

Our stay in Rome was the last part of our Italian adventure and we saved the best for last. This apartment was perfect for us- in layout of the apartment and location in Rome. It is very close to the Pantheon and lots of other attractions, restaurants, shopping, and gelato for the kids. We walked everywhere. The host was very friendly and responsive- he met us at check in and gave us a tour and run down of how things work and how to get in the building. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

My mom commented everyday- how much she loved this apartment. We would definitely stay here again or recommend to any friends that I know who travel to Rome.

Fabulous host. Especially nice to have tea bags, coffee, oil, vinegar, milk, butter, jams etc left for our use. Supremely helpful - eg with hints and tips for taxis/journey from airport. And very accommodating - leaving our bags until noon meant we had an extra super morning hassle free before leaving for home.

Nous avons passé 4 jours chez Guglielmo à la Villa Rocca. Nous étions 5 et très a l’aise. Il y a beaucoup d’espace. Le logement est vieux mais on s’y sens ‘comme à la maison’. Nous avons été accueilli par Marco qui a été d’une grande aide et qui a été un super guide. Merveilleuse balade à scooter!

We had a great 5 nights. Location was perfect: Ended up walking everywhere and the location was perfectly situated between the colosseum, forum, pantheon, Vatican, Trastevere, Trevi fountain (all 5-35 min walks away). Then returned to the apartment for endless eating options within 5 mins of the front door. The apartment was totally unique (as seen in the pictures) with the fun interior.

Great location with beautiful views in a peaceful area. Close enough to walk to everything you need from great restaurants, shops and beaches. No matter where you stay, you will encounter steps so enjoy the leg workout. We didn't spend much time in the house, but it fit our party of 8 perfectly and the place was much bigger than I expected and had a cool layout/architecture. The multi-level patios with the lemon tree canopy was amazing. It feels like a well loved family home in Italy. All amenities that we needed were provided. We were there in July. There was A/C in the 3 main bedrooms which worked great. The fourth bedroom didn't have A/C and could get hot during the day, but cooled down in the evening with the window open. We used the washing machine which worked great and loved drying our clothes on the patio line under the lemons. The hosts were very proactive and communicative. Reach out to them for recommendations early so they can help plan your trip. We would stay again!

I’ve stayed at a lot of rental apartments over the years and this has to rank as one of the absolute best. The location is impossible to beat - on a small street in the heart of Rome, very quiet (no noise in bedrooms at night), lots of room for multiple groups to stay in, and wonderful AC in the living room and even the bedrooms without an AC unit on the wall were cool with the door open. The kitchen is excellently outfitted and we enjoyed going up to the rooftop terrace. Seriously, book this place. It’s phenomenal, big, and wonderful for a family to recharge in between sites. A taxi stand is just down the street past the church (which is also beautiful inside). I would stay here in a heartbeat and constantly remarked “I could see myself living in this place.” On top of all that, they let us drop our luggage off early before heading to the Pantheon - excellent communication from Iryna (be sure to add them on what’s app with arrival details ahead of time). Thank you again!

What an amazing location and great hosts! Our family loved staying here - it was a short walk to everything, including incredible restaurants and markets. The major sites in Rome are all around the area and only a short bus ride to the Colosseum…honestly, we could have chosen a better space to be situated. Have the kids room upstairs was an added bonus, allowing us parents a good nights sleep. Communication with our hosts was always punctual and we were super grateful to have a late check out. Highly recommended!

It is rare to find a place like Guglielmo’s. This beautiful apartment is centrally located and astonishingly peaceful for its proximity to bustling areas. The apartment is well designed, efficient, clean and also delightfully cozy. It is the ideal perch for the traveler(s) looking for authentic, yet comfortable Roman accommodation. Guglielmo himself is the perfect host: responsive, attuned, and attentive. I immediately felt at ease upon walking in the door. I cannot recommend staying with Guglielmo enough - if I could give 6 stars, I would.

The location can’t be beat. The A/C was perfect even during the crazy July heat. Host was available and replies quickly. The space is very large and was perfect for our family!

Thanks for the stay. Left a 5 star review. As for feedback although we didn’t use the fridge, when opened there was a pretty foul odor, not sure if there is something wrong with it. No food was inside when we looked so I’m not sure! Everything else was great. Thanks once again

Great location close walking distance to lots of stores & restaurants & major attractions. Be aware there is a narrow winding staircase to get to the apartment on the 3rd floor and to access the 2nd bedroom and bathroom. Anyone with mobility issues might have difficulty with this. Pascale was wonderful with communication, (she speaks English, Italian & french) & helpful information and stocking the basic necessities for the apartment.

The location was fantastic to explore all of the major sites of Rome by foot. We felt safe in the neighborhood and it was quiet at night. The basic amenities of the apartment including the laundry, air con, and a comfortable bed with a small kitchenette were all great. Guglielmo was responsive, thoughtful, and accommodating throughout our stay!

This apartment has a perfect location right in Rome city center. Super close to major attractions like the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. Space was clean and comfortable and good for groups of 5-6. Had a lovely stay.
